You have no idea how to use a torque wrench. You're supposed to do it nice and slow so you don't exceed the desired value. Doing rapid, jerky motions is a rookie move. Very disappointing. Amateur.

Nice Job! Other then the bottom end I'm doing the same type of build with a Triple Edge Stage 2 3500 stall. I was lucky enough to score some OBX headers. Next comes shaved truck intake, TB, and Exhaust, then put it all back together. Good Luck
