Why do fat free??? The fat free thing is BS from the late 90s/early 2000s. It’s way past being debunked. If you ate only animal fat, you would get cut. Don’t do fat free anything. It’s actually bad for you.
Freaking cottage cheese I swear, it has become my life saver! Been trying to eat more proteins and less calories and regular sauces are way too caloric... for no reason! Cottage cheese, sour cream (to add more volume to sauces a with little calories and a touch of tanginess) and Greek yogourt are my 3 staples in my fridge now
Now if only I wasn’t lactose intolerant. Most dairy products/dishes normally don’t affect me that badly, but protein mac n cheese for some reason always destroys my body like nothing else 😂.
This freezes and reheats perfectly. Would recommend reheating in oven. Also for those that are finding the eggs watery you over cooked your eggs. Scrambled eggs should be cooked on a low heat and be extremely creamy once done cooking, especially for meal prep since its being reheated.
I’m new to meal prep. How do people count their calories and such with sauces and marinades. Clearly certain pieces will have more sauce than the other no?

Coming from someone who burned breakfast (pancakes and turkey bacon) yesterday (and definitely cried about it) I made this but subbed in steak and it was SO FREAKING GOOD. My husband saved the day with his steak skills but I did the stir fry and there were no tears! I’m already excited to have it again haha thank you sooo much for these videos, they really have changed my life and how I feel about cooking ❤
Can you please break down how these calorie/protein ratios are working. The beef alone would be like 320 calories for 50g of protein, without even adding any of the extras. How is this below 400 calories per burrito?
