I also make Pokémon Go PvP content, specifically focusing on unique lineups that challenge the meta and strategies to help people win more matches. My claim to fame was using Lugia in Season 1 of Silph Arena's Regionals and creating the Skarmory + Double Grass lineup for GO Battle League.
It's true that meta is meta for a reason. But it's also true that anti-meta beats meta for a reason.
I hope you enjoy the content! And feel free to leave any feedback you have in the comments section of my videos. I know there's always more I can do to be a better content creator.
I ran this team at first and then swapped skorupi for inkay as a safe swap. I mostly relied on my opponents making mistakes and managed to keep 2-3 Pokémon alive every match to win on timeouts.
I've running this exact team/order since the beginning of this cup. I've climbed a lot, but I'm starting to plateau at 2400...my marill is only level 41 however
Hi Caleb, thanks for your Pro Tip series! I have a question: while doing PvP, my opponent performed another attack immediately after the first, like back-to-back attacks. What technique is this?
I saw you at Louisville Regionals and I'm just a nervous little guy but I wanted to say hi to you so bad... The only PoGo content creator worth watching/following! Hope you had a great weekend!
02:35 he waited a turn there to not get stuck in the incinerate animation. These small details which the top battlers follow show that this game is much more than just tapping
typhlosion beats shadow gatr in all even shield/energy scenarios, and only loses to nonshadow in the 0s. the team is also aba to ground, but not really aba to clodsire either. probably loses hard to any mud slap lead though :/
Reminds me of Fossil cup. I ran Quagsire, Pelipper and Regi and I got hard countered by Ferrothorn, Lanturn and Poliwrath. At one point, I ran into the team 4 times straight lol
I'm using this team from the start of Psychic Cup (It used to be a Galarian Slowking instead of Claydol), but since Pokemon GO is so bad right now on iOS 18, I only play 2 sets a day at most and only able to climb to 2300-ish ELO
Barboach my boy! I think he was the very first little cup Mon I ever built cus it always goes crazy! I was actually running this same team except machop instead of bronzor and sometimes tossed drifloon the balloon in the mix too
Hi bro, a question, next weekend, it will be regionals here in Brazil, I was confident about bringing serperior, but with your video I got interessed in ferrothorn, so I would like a opinion, do you think it's worth bringing ferrothorn instead of serperior?
That’s a good question! I think with potentially more Toxapex and Sludge Bomb Clodsire, Ferrothorn will do much better into the meta. Serperior is still really solid though and I think it’s still strong regardless. See how Ferrothorn feels in some scrims. It’s sometimes hard to bring but I enjoyed it a lot. :)
@@ACCEED三銃士 exactly. Most of the time I loose the lead tbh. Then I save switch both, depending on enemy lead, and then farm down with maro and then mostly win.
I started this season running Serperior, but then I swapped to Chesnaught just before the league rotation. I can't wait to play with it again next week.
The thing with shuckle is that because of its defense p.much every fast move deals 1 dmg, so the only way to actually do something are 1 turn moves as u can see with bronzor, inkay or pawniard. (another reason to not run confusion bronzor i guess)
Just caught a wild smeargle from my daily snapshot with 100% IV but aqua tail, sigh. I think it still beats the shuckle/brozor core though. Do you think it’s worth building?
