Im not a furry but like why? They just wear costumes and living happy so you start getting angry and start attackong them. Then the antis proceed to call the furries the weird ones.

Might as well play along with the joke (again not if someone is harassing or assaulting) Like I’ll definitely yell furries and normally they do a little dance (basically just be self aware)
Honestly I don’t know how long I could have dealt with that and I’m a Furry, I’m also a retired U.S. Marine veteran and I don’t take it kindly being attacked, yes I’m weird and my Fursona is seriously silly and energetic, thankfully I’ve never been attacked or had a bad reaction where I live, honestly everyone wants hugs and pictures guess that’s the fun part about living in upstate New York, this seriously angered me if people don’t like Furries then why not keep it to themselves instead of ruining everyone’s fun and killing the moment.

I would assume by using fans, cooling vests, staying in the shade as much as possible and unsuiting as soon as we got back! I'm sure they also have really good heat tolerance which helps :3

True, some furries are idiots, but another of the reason for the hate is misinformation, social media echo chambers and a tendency to attack things which are different.
