Hello Hari, hope you are well. Once again your video provides useful information that I need for a forthcoming trip from Ogwen valley to Aber falls. Depending on how long it takes I could camp at Bera Mawr area or Aber falls. At 5:58 in your video do you mean 'Gyrn' ? From Gyrn did you turn right and head straight for the stream that is the source of the falls, head down to the smaller waterfall and then to the footbridge to the Aber falls path ? Thanks.
Sorry for late reply David. There isn’t a path, coming down the Bera Mawr to the valley. I followed sheep paths, keeping orientation and direction of walk. Best to walk in dry conditions. Once down the valley, you will pick up the path coming from other routes
This video is amazing , how you have got only 99 views is beyond me My personal opinion is the music spoils the video. If you would’ve done some talking, I’m sure you would have got many more views Keep up the good work and try put your own commentary on
Hello Hari ! I am David. You may not see this comment but together with Iona we all walked Hebog and other peaks last March. This video is useful as it tells me about approaching Yr Aran from the South. If Sygun copper mine is on the left when I approach is the laybye before or after Sygun entrance ? Thanks.
Ah great to see your message David. Hope you well. It’s slightly towards right on main road to Sygun copper mine. You will see a wooden gate. I hope I am correct, it’s a been a while !
@@trekkingdoctor5854 Thanks ! So, the road sign-posted to Sygun car park is a public road and before we reach the copper mine car park there is a laybye, possibly on the right ?
I think so David! it’s easy to find ! After a while, me and two other friends went up by direct ascent, pathless ! You can find path aiming towards Craig Wen (smaller summit - in the south west direction)
Thanks - one of the best Snowdon videos I’ve seen. Shows how all the paths are laid out brilliantly. I’ve just done the South Ridge today which was the only route I had left to do….beautiful.
We stayed there again last February, with the Combination, at Betts-Y-Coed. For us the ideal place to make walks in the surrounding countryside and excursions in North Wales
Thanks for this. After a few minutes I found it quite hard to listen to and watch… a slower music rhythm and less of the telephoto changes would improve your next one no end 😃.
Thank you, great adventure. Indeed I brought home made food from Sofia for hiking. For dinner I went to ‘Happy Duck’ restaurant in Borovets at around 9 pm.
@@trekkingdoctor5854 after the rila we stayed in bankso then the pirins. Much harder as less water, check out the koncheto pass ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-lEFmtecZZ8k.html
Just got back from Wales/Snowdon last week. Climbed up the Pyg track and came down the Miners but this route looks by far the most scenic of all the routes. It's breathtaking. I've got to go back and do this. Thanks for the great vlog. Really enjoyed watching it 👍
Thank you Mark. Being alone is nice though mountains feel intimidating esp if the weather is unpleasant, coupled with terrain and sounds of wind, blowing through cols ….
Thanks Anthony. There is a clear path, but turn left at the stile in the Bwlch Cwmllan (pass). It will join the Watkin path. From there on path is well laid out.
Hello Hari. It was a pleasure meeting you and Iona today at Moel Hebog, it was a great walk, very enjoyable. You have been on a lot of walks ! Thank you David. It was absolute pleasure to meet you and getting to know many aspects about hiking. I have seen couple of Watkin path videos. Excellent narration with good facts for hikers. Tc
Well done to both of you what a lovely vidio of you trekking around the great orme llandudno some nice shots of the coast it put a smile on my face ,i can not what to go back my self well done paul liverpool
We parked two cars either end ! That made easy for a linear walk. Having said that it’s doable end to end without descent to Nebo if starting at Rhyd Ddu village. Also there are circular routes through Beddgelert forest ! It’s a lovely hike with excellent panoramic views !
Trekking Diary haha, makes sense, I thought u had solo"d 😄 yeah, done a circular route back thru the forest, never done Craig Silyn & the rest tho, always seemed a bit too far & high 😀
Fantastic vlog around Gwrych, what a castle! wow! The history is so extensive, thanks for showing us around, really did enjoy watching! Just subbed to your channel :)
Hi Rehman, depends on from where you start, From the Tryfan base via east side is shorter but slightly longer from Ogwen visitor centre. Once you reach Bwlch Tryfan it will take 1 hr to summit without navigation difficulties.
@@trekkingdoctor5854 im interested to take the route you did...so you started from betws y-coed and how long did it take you?,,,did you return back same place you started?
