Depending upon the interior designers, their career differences in the future. And how to cut cords of their attachments? After buy these types of houses and amount of money, must chase after them.... IRS..... The meaning here, when after pay huge amounts of money to buy houses, especially, millions dollars, must keep tracking those of people 2ho sold to new owners.... Unless other wise, Internal Revenue Service well chase with their unknown records of new owners, soon or later.... Our old home, the one up north ( NY ) we had a starcase like this down to the last detail! SO cool! My ( paternal ) great Grandparents and my ( paternal, again, lol ) Grandparents had the same stairs ( different rugs, different widths etc ), and so fdid EVERYONE of my Father's sister/brothers who were married and had these homes literally ALL on the same Island ( no, not Manhattan! ) ALL had, when you walked into any of the homes it was ALWAYS the same (!), two cases up to the top..... I used to ride my older cousin's power wheels(? Is that whatr it's called? This was in the 80's, and it was like a big trycicle, down those stairs COUNTLESS times until my Nanny yelled at me. Lol ) 2:49 I also LOVE that you can walk on that little *'Bridge'* over the side of the pool.... "To jump or not to jump off this and into the pool! 👍💟👅👄💅👸😜😎🙌👙👒👑👜👛👠👡👓⌚💳
WHAT an INCREDIBLY exquisite home! Just manifique! My Father's client, he could NOT be-LEEVE it was going to be their "vacation home" (!), SO cool! The family is VERY nice, very kind, down-to-earth generous family. They actually did business with my father, he was a financial advisor and financial consultant, also a CPA, am broker, private investor, stocks, bonds, hedge fund manager, then became the CEO, then, about a year later bought the company. He ( My Father ) did some financial business and remained friends 💞👌👸💃🙌☺ They are WONDERFUL people!
