Note that the tire pressures listed inside the car door frame are COLD pressures (meaning the car hasn't been driven for at least a couple of hours, not the weather). If the car has been driven recently you need to add 10%.
After when I replaced a timing belt changed. I'm getting a code p0016 looking online didn't show anything that is usefull some say it has a bank 1 miss one tooth. I re-check the timing mark witch us all line up. Still get a code p0016. You have any essue afte replaced a timing belt?
@@projectfixit wasn’t too bad, think your video prepared me well. From start to finish, including draining and refilling coolant and a good degrease took about 3 hours. Used a genuine Nissan hose, cleaned the nipples of all the built up corrosion and used a little bit of rubber grease to assist. Thanks heaps for taking the time to put that video together, was a real help.
Great video to help those that have this machine and figure out where a leak is, like my leaky machine! 🙌. Really great views of what to expect, and how to get the cover off! Thanks!
I’m not following. Did the aftermarket mirrors you purchased have the auto folding feature and it just didn’t work? Or did it just not have the capability at all (in other words - ordered the wrong mirror)??
It may be inconveniently placed, but it really isn't all that bad. Remove the air intake hose to get to the top bolt, the rest is easily accessible from the bottom of you explore different angles of approach. Took a half hour to remove and the same or less to install the new one. I'd recommend doing it yourself to save money.
We have a similar product in Australia called Glen-20; coincidently i bought a handful of these items last week, on sale with many new fragrances. I looked at this video, because I have noticed a similar unwanted smell in my car; after visiting the mechanic. I now know what to do. Thank you ! PS I will have to keep that area outside of my car clear of any leaves etc now that i know where the outside air comes in from; I park under a tree.
Awesome, thanks. May I ask, where is 'your' American accent from? Perhaps someone could let me know. I have always wandered because an American actor has the same, and I just don't know where it's from. If I was to guess...perhaps from around NEW York; but there are more than a few. Thanks
I changed out the blower motor...it's still not turning. I think I may need to get a new resistor or connector 👀🤔thanks for this video! Keeps me from having to outsource!❤❤
I bought a spark plug Fowler from AutoZone but I had to drill the inside of it to fit the tip of the oxygen sensor for my 2007 2.4 Honda Accord. It was a 350,000 miles vehicle and it was not worth to change the catalytic converter. A year later it got totaled and the junkyard paid me more because it had the original factory catalytic converter.
@@projectfixit my 2004 toyota sienna car radiator fan one is push and one is pull can you tell me which one is right, i think the shop wire the wrong way thanks for helping
@@joecaca4136 Technically, I do not believe it’s removal is required. Someone has commented how they did not remove it and I believe there is a video or two out there with it not being removed. However, I removed it for my video and all is well.
I like this video , I have a 2004 Toyota Sienna Nalley Toyota attempted to repair it my van still misfiring, service Rep / mechanic appears to not have knowledge as to what wrong with it this information is a great help to me
@@delorismilton6413 Thank you for the feedback and for commenting. It’s a bit concerning your Toyota Dealer is unable to fix this. Hopefully you’re able to get this taken care of soon.
I watched this to see how to get my oil filter off and of course it doesn't show you taking it off only putting the new one on. Man why would they put it there? Crazy
In general, probably not, but I believe the inside pad might tend to wear quicker due to caliper piston being on the inside. In my video, I just made note of where the wear indicator was originally and reinstalled the new pads accordingly.
Oil changes on these trucks are reason enough never to buy another one. What a bad design. Spin on oil filters been working for 60 years so lets make it harder and add the potential for 2 or 3 more places for an oil leak. Oh AND lets make the filter housing out of plastic as well. fck me..
thanks this was easier than i thought, after putting it off for 6 days. i didn't have an actuator arm, the pieces popped off cleanly in about 2 minutes. hardest past was the bulbs not coming out easily so i had to come back here and then use gloves and put some oomph into pushing them out counterclockwise with both hands. afterwards it was easy. i couldn't get one of the trim pieces by the arm to look perfectly flush anymore even though it's clipped and tucked in, but i guess nobody is going to look up there. probably a 15 min job with instructions
I hate to hear this. Advice I have being it was my first go-around is: don’t rush and find your inner patience. There are a couple of good vilifies out there tackling this job. Please review those as well. To date, our truck is still running like a champ. I’m still recovering from the pocket book impact, though.
Thanks so much for this video! It addressed the exact problem with my Tundra, and helped me get in and fix it right. I also appreciate the part and tool suggestions because they were just what I needed too.
I might have rounded the long bolt for the engine mount bracket. Can I still remove the top cover with it still there? Will I be able to remove it in one piece?
