I found this video just searching for platform management topics being curious if and what people are talking about in terms of platform manager’s responsibility and challenge’s. This is the 1st video I opened and it’s amazing how true it is. It covers my “road” as if someone would watch me 😄 I’m just feeling so great knowing I AM and WAS not in a super unique situation but this is actually platform manager’s reality, no matter where you are 😉
