EB deserves to be a head coach, and I wish him all the best in Chicago. But I feel Washington needs a total rebuild. And build around Sam. That way, if he fails, all we need to replace is the QB. Everything else will be built up. Just my opinion.

EB is not our head coach of the future. We need a young innovative HC who can work with the analytics-based approach of the new ownership. His coaching style is old school, just like Rivera, Belicheck, etc.
