Molina Healthcare is a scam and not an actual real insurance company. They scammed the states and federal government too. The whole company is based in the Philippines and nobody knows anything and you will never get them to pay anything and nothing they tell you is true including their website which is completely wrong. every doctor it said was in network said they either never heard of them of don't take it even after i showed a screen shot of the claim that a doctor was in- network.
