Ah lekker om Nelspruit weer te sien ons het daar gewoon vir 13 jaar. Ek was daar van 12 - 23 jaar oud. Was 'n pragtige klein dorpie toe ons daar gearriveer het, nou 'n groot stad. Ek wil definitief Nelspruit weer besoek en 'n paar dae oorbly en die stad verken en herinneringe herleef. Het heerlik rond gery mit my XT550 destyds, ook na Sabie en Graskop gery. Mooi wereld om te bly en om rond te ry.

Het daar gebly in die middel 60's. Vooruitsig Laerskool. Broers was in Diamantveld Hoër. Diensplig het my teruggevat in Julie 1976 vir basies....die ondervinding het my koud gelaat 😊. Pa het in Barkley Wes gewerk. Was weer daar vir sentimentele redes rondom 1992.....toe wou die polisie my arresteer want ek wou n foto van Diamantveld neem maar het nie geweet daar is n toestand afgekondig weens vrese van AWB aktiwiteite. Lief vir Kimberley en sou graag wou teruggaan maar die gebrek aan werk was n probleem. Lyk nou mooi - hoop die vakansieoorde op die Christiana pad het weer lewe gekry.
