Wow...great stuff, Chefs, nice, to, see, many techniques, to, create patterns, different textures, and, shapes, in working, with, chocolate, layering chocolate, to, create, multicolors, green on chocolate, is, magnifique lol...I guess, a marble, tabletop, is, a must, for, pastry cooking, esp. chocolate...Isn't it lovely, to, have, so, many, hands, that, are, busy, and, industrious, instead, of, idle ones lol...I can't wait to try out some of your techniques, when, I'm organised, and, settled, after, burying, my, enemies, hopefully, before, the end of March lol...Which ones were my favorites: a. making the flower & coloring; b. white chocolate spirals; c. green color cocoa butter & chocolate; d. combed circles; e. knifed feathers; f. stencil patterns; g. santa pattern; Don't forget to pray for me, during, your, breaks, if, you, can, spare, 1 minute, for, me! Is it my problem that Chef Amaury Guichon and his wife, Fiona Bergson Guichon, are, having, marital problems, that, has nothing to do with me. I don't know, how, your marriage, has been lately, but, you guys, sounds, like, you're miles apart, in your own, worlds, not talking to each other, avoiding each other, Fiona appears to be trying to break up your marriage, by, saying, you're separated, when, I know very well, Chef Amaury Guichon, is, always, faithful, and, isn't, going, to, give, Fiona, the divorce, or, break up, she's been trying so hard, to, sow. These are just assumptions, I hope I'm wrong, but, I hope you two are going to attend marriage counselling, to, sort out, your, indifferences or communication breakdown.
