thank you! i found that due to my resolution limit (1280x720), running the noise through a Tile TOP effectively increases the "size" of the grain layer, making the image a bit softer and more realistic.
Nice and short tutorials, straight to the point, helped me a lot. Thank you :) but is there a way to boole an extruded text or image with a particle cloud or similar? or a proper way to subtract a sop from a top? any kind of help would be a dream...
Animating Alembic files has a tremendous impact on performances, I'd suggest instancing FBXs like Factory Settings did over 2 years ago instead ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-FjMQOa0Znmo.htmlsi=jd4IfOkQl3OwsTRn
Hey, I really appreciate you sharing your knowledge in these tutorials. I have wanted to try to do this tutorial with another folder but it always gives me an error "invalid decimal literal python" How could I do it with another folder without this happening?
Thanks Scott; For me, as a beginner, these text boxes will help me to sort the projects, and to understand what I have done when I open a project after some time.
this was exactly what I needed - tysm. The kinect2 pt cloud data is stored in the RGB channels, and this was a simple way to get at the depth data for every pt.
Dear Scott, thankyou for this video, and the rest of videos of your channel. I have a error when I execute the Button AttributeError: module 'cv2.aruco' has no attribute ´DICT_4X4_50' I think is a problem with the library, maybe it is not compatible with the last version of Python. Thankou again for your videos,
This is a good way to change between multiple scenes. But what if the content inside a base is heavy ? GPU memory is never freed and increasing each time we cook a scene. In my case, it leads to scratching the maximum capacity of my GPU and then TouchDesigner runs at 5-15 fps. Any idea to fix it ?
