I cried when he gave his old pal a hug it was magical the people who made it happen did it with dignity and was true to the film .. but this must be it now E.T . can never be redone the original is perfection and this little advert fitted in with the original film .
I love how they using the same type of puppeteer erasing tech that they used for Dark Crystal Age of Resistance to make ET real life and living in front of you. No more of these 100% CGI characters anymore! We can honor the puppetry tradition to real levels!
Today i watched this Terminator black fate movie, its good film. Appriciating the hardwork and team work. All actors did well, and specially grandmother did extrordinary job....whole film i was praying as nothing will happen to her. Appriciating her hardwork in that age. Inspiraton for youngstors in work.

Dude it’s come full circle because I used to love pacific rim when I was little but didn’t know how to get the toys for that movie and used a cleatus dude as a jaeger and now I see these are the same people who worked on some of the props from pacific rim
say, someone places an order for an actual RoboCop suit for daily use in real life conditions . . . can it be done . . . the cost of such a thing will go through the roof, but if you can do it the high cost will take a back seat in the mind of the interested customer . . . a fully functioning RoboCop suit that'll be worn everyday, just like the uniform of a police officer . . .
ET is a classic wow 1982 so along ago I was like 7 years old. I first sew this movie on VHS not in the theater s I wish I would have seen. It on the big screen
Wow, I can't get over how not good the reconstructed E.T. looks! Really looks like after all these years the sculpting and animatronic mastery of the past has been pretty much lost for good! OMG I'm tearing up at the sight of it! Amazing!

How can you go from an amazing prosthetic done in 1991 at 1:14 to that abomination 24 years later at 1:29? It would make more sense to do the exact same technique again but have only the eye be in cg so it can move around to match arnolds eye, doing the whole thing with cg and then to not even properly match and incorporate it onto arnolds face makes it look like some sticker, just horrendous.
