As a ketogenic athlete, you temporarily touch on what we’ve know (secretly) for 20+years😅. No post exercise muscle soreness, greatly improved endurance, ability to repeat workouts more frequently, improved mental clarity & overall strength increase. My MHR is the same as it was 20 yrs ago😮. It comes with a catch, free ketones for life but NO CARBS either. Carboholics will have to keep chasing the high carb intake fad, gut issues & ROS induced cardiac complications later in life (Scott Tindal/Dave Scott hrt surgery etc). Had this route on the agenda for yesterday but the forecast (34-36C) kept us at home. Love the climb up to Els Àngels (and the descent down to Madremanya). And the fact that the lower part of the climb has been repaved recently is just an added bonus.
I love my e-bike. I'm out longer, riding further and commute to work because the battery lets me get uphill to my office without smelling like I rode my bike. On one of our local trails I see many seniors on e-trikes. Talked to a couple and they also love them. One guy told me he thought his cycling days were over but he is riding pretty much every day and even joining his family on rides down to a lakeside taco stand for lunch.
i saw the original frame, i liked. then i saw the result and it made me genuinely sad. you should have picked something disposable for practicing bike builds.
That is such a hard course - you did a great job putting across the emotions of a racer. So happy that you got to race with a women's specific start. I live here and get such a buzz out of seeing all these talented riders in the forest that I ride in - brilliant ( are you up here for Raiders? ).

Since when is Girona more expensive than other parts of Spain? Girona (being a relatively small, inland and provincial city) is not very expensive and of course there are many other cities and towns in Spain (both in the north and south) much more expensive than Girona, so I would say that Girona is one of the cheapest cities to live in, not only because you compare it with the UK, but for us Spaniards it is also considered very affordable. Does this girl ever say anything right?
Shorts until mid-November in Girona? Lol, that was because you were cycling and exercising so you didn't notice the cold that much, but in Girona in mid-November it's freezing cold. Sunny Spain doesn't equal warm Spain.
