Hmmm, six stud hubs? Rover front, Nissan rear? I noticed the extra long control arms, great for articulation but a massive reduction in clearance over rocks - very evident in the vid, where the car actually slides on the rears. A wee bit too long, perhaps? Slow wheel speed in mud is a disadvantage, but I guess rpm isn't the Cummins forte'!

Problem with having too heavy of an engine up front, you'll loose the ability to climb over obstacles with front axles

That definitely is a possibility most of the issue is the shitty hard compound tyres, that have no clearing ability with sticky clay.

That's alot of reinforcement for the frame... could we not fabricate a precut tack -on verzion. I am sure others will do this... good engine...

Great project - I have a 110 with a Isuzu 4bd1T (restoring) and a 109 with an NA 4bd1 in it - would love to fit a 6 cyl similar to the 6bt

The 4bd1t is an awesome motor all be it a bit rough on cold start up, was a motor I considered for a fair bit but am happy I went the way i did

If what you say is true it contradicts what I've always been led to believe about what qualifies a mountain to be a mountain.

I do agree it is definitely against what you would think is a mountain but this is true. Locals have claimed it may even be the smallest recognise mountain in the world😂

Hey mate, made them myself with a cheap plasma and 5mm plate from the local steel supplier Used cad to make them 😂 cardboard aided design
