Have you seen the dollar tree ghosts with the eyes that light up? At some point people were reselling them for a ridiculous price lol I was lucky enough to find 2 a couple years ago.
YES!!!! I wanted to get it but I have bought quite a few larger pieces this year I am very afraid of how it’s gonna be when I have to put away my Halloween decor. 😰 Most of my ghosts will stay in my office but there’s been many new additions to the ghost family. 😂

New subby here. My obsessions are ghosts, witches and Frankenstein! I do love all the other things too. Top pick is ghost! I just found a Frankenstein ghost at tj maxx that lights up for only 9.99. He is 10” tall. To. Die. For! Walmart now has their ghost and Jack-o-lantern pillows out, 6.97. Oh, I found a black corduroy stripe king size quilt at Walmart for 29.97. Freaking love it! I wish they sold it in a California king size so it hangs over a lil more! Love your new tumbler and your collection in the background 👻🎃🦇🧙♀️🔩💚🕷🕸💀
I feel you 💯 on the ghost hunting ! This year was the year for me too, and it didn’t help that Joann stores hit us hard with them-not complaining! I am considering buying the sheet ghost holding that jack o lantern from tjmaxx because I doubt I will find him and also I don’t really want to deal with the lines 😂 Love every ghost you grabbed this year👻
Definitely grab the sheet ghost if you get a chance. I personally think they’re classic Halloween pieces that will be good for years and years and not ever go out of style. Joann’s decor was my most favorite line this year.
Is yours the plastic deck because I’ve seen some decks that look like they are more paper than plastic or is that my imagination I’ve seen some that look fatter ( wider ) when when stacked. That deck specifically.
No, the deck in this video is more of a matte-papery cardstock. It’s an older version of the Rider Waite - my guess is within the 90’s. The newer decks have a glossy cardstock and then a few years ago the plastic decks came out.
the sea soul journey was the first deck i bought. and I loved the premise because 1) it's supporting a UK creator - i'm from the uk and 1)she's from Cornwall - I place I have been and adored and found a lot of healing in, so I was really excited about getting these cards.... but it honestly felt like style over substance for me - there just isn't enough in it for me beyond using it like a kind of mantra or something - it doesn't really enable me to dig. I've developed my practise quite a lot since then and like things that really make me think and i can't really intuitively read anything from the images and the captions and guidebook are just a bit basic for me. i need more. I would love the danielle noelle deck but it's a lil out of by budget at the moment so i'm considering getting the healing waters in the hay house sale.
I know this is a super old video, but as someone who just recently ordered a couple of doreen virtue decks, I would like to make a note regarding something said in the beginning of the video... When it comes to buying a deck with Doreen's name on it vs buying the reprinted version with the other persons name on it (in a lot of cases, it seems to be Radleigh Valentine) - Another thing to consider is the cardstock! Even with the tarots, the cards are pretty big and chunky and oracle-sized. I had ordered the Archangel Power Tarot to go with my Archangel Raphael Oracle... but the republished version was so big and chunky and stiff, it was literally impossible to shuffle. I ended up ordering the Doreen Virtue version because the older cardstock is bendier and... floppier, for lack of a better word to use, making it much easier to shuffle for such a thick deck! Anyway, loved the video! I'm definitely in a doreen virtue kick at the moment haha, just wanted to make a note regarding the cardstock for those who might be considering! :)
