Have you tried switching 2 of the jets with RAM jets? If you have 2 afterburnering turbofans and 2 ramjets your could easily get to Mach 5. I made something similar to this with 2 externally mounted after burning turbofans and 1 ramjet in the fuselage and I got a top speed of Mach 5.5. I will post a pic of it in the discord server when I get home, but I think that ramjets would really improve this aircraft. Great Video as always!

I considered that too but hear me out... By adding a heat shield on the control surfaces they maybe could redirect the afterburner exhaust making the plane a bit more manoeuvrable.
@@Hairysteed well that's the point By redirecting the exhaust the plane as a whole could have a sort of makeshift thrust vectoring. (Just my thoughts on this, I have no actual proof backing this up)
can you make a videon on how to make engines? i have only engines that can reach around 70 Kn at 300m/s. i also have problems with balance, as all my planes are unstable and can't reach mach 1
If not, just make the engine stronger, then you can simply race through the other trenches. You could also build a tank that is designed to storm the trenches, for example with a smaller cannon for machine gun positions and even smaller weapons on the sides for the rest. You could perhaps also keep the tank very small so that it is fast and maneuverable, but can destroy the barbed wire and is not such a big target for the enemy. It should probably also be able to get through the terrain well so that it can do the whole thing quickly. If you're not so keen on that, you could also try building a more modern tank that doesn't look like a Russian tank. I would imagine the small tank to be about the size of an M2 as you could maybe even drive it through the trenches, which would be pretty over powered. Keep making videos like this because I always like them a lot and I enjoy watching them. 👍
There was a artillery tractor based on the mark 1 , the gun carrier mark 1 , if the war had lasted longer i would not be surprised if something like in your video was made based on the mark 1 or another variant.
