I am taking my class to a pumpkin patch this year and am so excited about it. I am definitely going to check out Terror Nights. When I lived it Illinois, we had an annual Noordhof Halloween party (I had it for about 10 years). It started off small, with like 5 people, and then grew to where we had about 35-40 people at our house for the last one before we moved. Bonfire, games, including an outdoor scavenger hunt (so much fun acting like a kid), Halloween costume contest, grossest food contest, and music. This is the first year I am kicking it off in Arizona, and I am super excited about it. I also love making my own Halloween decorations, both inside and out. My outside lost to a bunch of inflatables last year. Not okay. Sorry for anyone who likes inflatables.
My favorite Halloween tradition is watching Halloween 78 after the trick or treaters are gone. It works so well as a late night movie to cap it all off.
Idk if you guys have actually been to Alamo but if not I think you’d be surprised how enjoyable it is. It’s more bar food than a full restaurant so pizza, burger, chicken fingers etc. I thought it may be distracting but it’s no more than reaching for popcorn or your candy.
360p?! I thought I had to go back to the eye doctors office! My favorite Halloween tradition is visiting all the Halloween stores. It’s makes my cold black heart warm again. ❤
Got to attend for the first time this year and LOVED it!! My only suggestion is I'd love for more panels - since that was my favorite part of the event. Hype for more ghoul fun next year!
Enjoyed it - we chatted in store last week. I thought the vendor selections were great and the entry process moved much quicker than last year. Yes - we in AZ are hardcore and don't let the heat dim our enthusiasm for horror
Hello you mentioned a location for more room & parking I've worked at West World of Scottsdale for a few shows through my union job and there is allot more room and multiple inclosed tents with AC and plenty of room for vendors more than 115 and plenty of room to walk around I highly recommend looking into that location 1660 n Pima Rd Scottsdale Az. P.S The 2nd annual Gathering Of The Ghouls was badass it was mine and my girls first time and most definitely won't be the last I know with a little help we could make the next one even bigger and better.
Scream 2 is so good! The beginning is the best after the original….the old hole in the popcorn bucket huh? 😂 yes it sucks that Randy had to die … Courtney looked great in that movie! Scream 2 was the second horror movie I saw in theaters! I really enjoy these two killers too! Fun video guys! -Josh
All the care and compassion you guys put into this convention is what makes the biggest difference. It was such a genuine experience, which is a rarity at mass conventions these days. Looking forward to next year! 👻
You guys are awesome. It was definitely more packed this year (A good thing in my opinion), but still had the "Gathering" feel. The world needs more Terror Trader vibes.
The 'heat casualty' in line you mentioned - woman from Portland - not me, but another? [I flew in from Oregon on Friday.] I was rescued from the line at about 10:45 AM Saturday morning, ready to pass out right there on the hot concrete. "I'm a nurse!" [can't remember her name] came to walk me inside the doors to a chair where she gave me a bottle of berry electrolytes to drink. Minute or less then, both you guys, Jason and Justin, came over to say hello. And I was surprised and a tad embarrassed. 🫤 You were probably wondering, oh crap. Is our insurance gonna cover a heat stroke? Wanted to meet you both, but not that way! Hey, stuff happens. I lived - and went on to have a fabulous time - met Joe Bob and Michael Berryman and more. Flight and hotel etc. expenses, worth every penny! USPS cards to follow. Thanks, guys!
Yes!!!! It was a pleasure to meet you you! Sorry things started rough but we are so glad it got better!! We hope you come visit us again in winter! The weather is beautiful then!
It is such a pleasure to volunteer for you guys. It is so much fun to be there helping out. I have met some great people through volunteering. Some of us even get together outside of the conventions. We also saw the owl that Miguel was talking about at the hotel. If I had 1/3 of Miguel's energy, I would be happy. I can't wait to see what next year brings!
Congratulations on an amazing weekend. It was an absolute blast! The volunteers did an incredible job. Everything was so organized and flowed so great! Michael Berryman was such a good guy and we were so happy to meet him. You guys put on an awesome con and did an amazing job. We loved it! Congrats to all!
Fucking INCREDIBLE job everyone! We had so much fun and can't wait for the next one! Quick shout out too everyone who participated in the costume contest because there were so many unreal participants!! 🖤💀
I appreciate you guys so much, I tell people about Terror Trader and Gathering of the Ghouls all the time, I'm like a walking advertisement for you guys. I love your store and everything you put together. I can't wait to see what A Christmas to Dismember offers this year!
We had such a good time! Now mind you, not complaining but while I was recording in the hallway to the haunted house, I made a comment that it smelled like human soup. I loved every minute of it! Thank you again for putting another great con on
Hell of a weekend 🤘💀🤘great party and great vendors. Thanks to everyone who came out and everyone who helped out. Terror trader killed it once again.🤘💀🤘
