TQVM Aunty. Your Spore S&S mud crab simple to follow. btwn. Some comments read below is not necessary as Aunty's recipe is clearl Spore method. However, there are many other types of recipes from other race and country.

U can add hot boiling water to it so the noodle is not soggy. This is the way I handle all type of beehoon or noodles.
