Hi,I have bought 2 centrifugal plates,steel and aliminium,but they dont fit to either my small or large chucks,the chuck teeth holes are to close on my chucks,please advise

In 2012 i was getting remarried welding and Fabing some high in machines run a mill and lathe for years then i wanted a new hobby wood turning. 2024 found a small wood lathes, bought basic tools, wood turning is addictive as meth making i bet i eat sleep turning wood how do i hold this. did i use the wrong tool. drive your Neiborhood after a storm with a chain saw . is that not sick like a crack addict wood turning is up there with fishing sun out go fishing to cold to go fishing turn wood our just turn wood at home no gas for the truck or boat or bait lol caution people if you just got married run away from wood turning unless you buy your wife a nicer lathe than yours. lol thank you CAP EDDIE

With a little building ability, you can get a refrigerator or freezer motor and make a vacum pump for nothing but your time and a few parts. Having the ability to pull 25 inches of vacum just as fast. Thanks
I got a driftwood stick that I’m working on to make a walking stick out of that but need to reinforce the bottom part some more also going to put a crystal on the top of it
