Stephanie Click loves life and living it to the fullest. She always has something new going on and it is probably the most random thing you’ve ever imagined!
A native of Beaver Dam, KY, Stephanie stays busy with her family. She is wife to her hilarious husband, Don, the mother of a son, Avery and a daughter, Piper. They reside in a suburb of Houston, Texas.
She is a complete social media fanatic and a living “Six Degrees of Separation” and seems to have some sort of obscure tie to most anyone you might ask about!
Stephanie, along with her family, are immersed heavily in the marching arts! DCI, WGI, BOA - it’s all counted as their “home away from home!”
I will see the Cavaliers tomorrow night in Massachusetts and I’m looking forward to seeing them. The Blue Devils and the Boston Crusaders are really battling it out.
@23:00 I had the opposite reaction to Bloo’s show. Once I saw it the first time, it was my favorite but as the season progresses, it’s become less interesting. BD and Phantom’s show on the other hand has me coming back week after week. BD has been doing more workshopping this season than I’ve seen in the past.
I totally agree. I don't really like Bluecoats show. I LOVE Phantom's show. I'm a big BD supporter, but I am wondering if they are going to add new things that will bring their show up in the scores. I guess we'll see.
Stephanie, it was nice to meet you and your daughter at the DCI West BBQ this past weekend! Let me know if you all still need help with sewing for next year. I’d be fun to get involved somehow rather than just being a donor. Have fun the rest of the season! And good luck to your daughter and son!
Thank you so much for this video! I have to have one in September. I know you say I can do it but I don’t know if I can. I think I’ll need some Valium prescribed, although I’m not sure how I’ll react to being on that as well lol. Your video definitely helps though because it’s the unknown and unexpected that makes me freak out. I had to have a CT last year and I was not worried at all because I knew they were more open than an MRI, but it was a cardiac CT and I had to keep my heart rate below 65, I was on metoprolol to accomplish this but also needed to remain calm and still to keep it that low, I was shocked at how I reacted. I knew all about the contrast making you feel like you need to pee and all that. I thought, man I got this! Boy was I wrong! I got through the test but I was so disappointed in myself at how I was internally freaking out at everything little thing they and the machine did. I wish they could just knock me out honestly.
@@JustJennie147 I’ll be thinking good thoughts for you! I, too, think that knowing what to expect is half the battle and so little information is out there that isn’t filled with medical jargon. Best of luck to you!!!
So how are the colors chosen? Are they assigned colors, are they chosen by the member? Or is it broken into sections? These costumes are absolutely phenomenal
Loved the Colts show tonight! It was fun seeing your son as well. So nice to have Drum Corps on the field for 2024! Thank you for sharing your family’s journey. 🙏🏻
I love that Colts are still selling those flags... That's such a super cool thing that Colts have done for many years. I marched Colts 30 years ago, and it feels to me like last season! Thanks for ALL the things you do to get the corps on tour!
Thank you for the behind the scenes take on The Blue Devils! I love what you put out last year and I was really looking forward to what you have for us this year. I love watching The Blue Devils rehearse at Mars when I used to live in the Bay Area. I really miss those times. Your video made me feel like being there again watching them at their very raw stage and wondering about the ultimate feel, sound, and look of their program.
So glad I stumbled on your video! 4th year DCI parent, 1st year BD parent! Thank you , thank you for all your tireless work on the uniforms! A monumental job! Here’s to a great season!
You're a Drum Corps Mom with "kids" ( young adults!) in the Blue Devils and Cavaliers?? My two favorite Corps in the "newer era"!! ( I marched in the 1960s, so I'm catching up! Lol Hat's off to you and best wishes for the Cavies and Blue Devils!
mad props to you, Stephanie! So much hard work & insane hours that we, the fans, never get to see...from you folks who put the asthetic snap in BD! & super mad props for that transition @12:08 -- love it!
My good friend Beth Karlin marched with the Blue Devils for 5 years in the 80's. Her daughter Willow marched in their guard for the last couple years. They have quite a tradition as Willow's aunt also marched in the BD guard in the 80's! Their mother Mrs Doebler sewed the uniforms and flags for the corps for many, many years. Sadly, she passed away. I marched with Beth in 1983! Time sure flies by quicky.
This is awesome! Love the behind the scenes stuff and the little snippets of rehearsal make it sound like such an intense show! Really excited to see the results of all the work that you guys put into this!!
Great review! I’ve been looking at this location and the Waldorf next door for a 3 day get away. At the Hilton, it seems like restaurant availability is a concern especially for a short trip.
