So I did this pattern exactly the same as in the video and the result doesn’t match with the photos at the end. The top part should be decreased at the end cuz it’s just flat without it and the bottom part should also be gradually decreased for it to fit inside the top one. Am kinda disappointed that the pattern doesn’t match the results:(
I really love your patterns! The only thing I struggle with is you sl st and ch 1 at the end. All other patterns I've made, they don't, which is what I'm used to. I usually have to adjust my stitch count to add features. I just don't like the line it shows. But I will continue to follow you because you make some of the cutest things! I can't wait to make this bear. Thank you!
It should be a toothpick - the ends are cut off at the beginning. For a larger size you should be able to use a reed stick - like those used with essential oils.
It’s a beautiful pattern but I wish this video was more detailed. I had to look up MR, or like how to sew the two circles on top of each other. I didn’t still get how to sew the top to the base. 🥺
Here I am in 2024 making this and finding answers to my questions in comments. Thank you! It's so adorable!! Edit: Done! Oh my goodness!! It's just so cute!! Thank you so much for your tutorial. A bit of missed steps in video and directions but I just winged it and it so paid off. ❤❤
Great tutorial and easy to follow. The only part that did not look right was placing the eyes. In the video you placed them so close together and the finished product shows them placed with a few stitches apart. It didn't look right. Good thing I waited and glued them in last. But overall it came out so cute. I will definitely make in different colors. Thank you!
I just came across your video after looking for a polar bear amigurumi . I’m just amazed at your patience and precision. I also like it’s just crochet and the instructions are very clear you don’t even need to say anything. I will be making this for a friend of mine that keeps saying she’s moving to the North Pole so maybe I can bring a bit of the North Pole to her and persuade her to stay! Thank you so much❤
No tips. I ended up slip stitching 13 in the middle and still only ended up with 34 single crochets around. No idea how she gets 14 slst and 39 sc. It's not possible.
