Anymore fishing adventures? Just happen to come up in your channel. Priceless memories in this boat -- hope you guys make more memories and share it with us.
My kids were able to hang their feet under the rail--and our freeboard was much less, so the Dolphins came up and hit their feet, boy did that thrill them. Do bear in mind, the average person can not afford this kind of boat, not buying it, maintaining it and so forth. For even a day, the fuel charge and bait charge is quite a bit, it really is. Related, IMO, this i the PERFECT sized boat--not so big you can't tow it, not so small you don't have things like a bait tank, and fish lockers for the fish. Perfect really, but even used, serious money.
Nice video, thank you. I would include one "what if" section, "what if" the brand new engine shuts down--say a plastic bag is sucked up, and it shuts itself down, as it will. What then, what things must one do? Anyone know?
Hello! Great job! I bought a 2023 2320! I love in MD - where did you get those guide rails and ladder on trailer? Do you know the model # so I can order them for my trailer? I have a loadrite 5star trailer. Thanks !
Thank you for your content! What’s your opinion of the folding transom bench? Is it worth adding it to my Parker or should I stick with just the bean bags?
That was nice of you to make this and offer it for all to see. The kids--and the adults, most of the time, have more fun with the Dolphins, than just about any other part of a trip. Our kids have dangled their feet and even had the beautiful animals come up and hit their feet with their backs--thrilling experience. Thank you. PS. One nuance these days. Be sure you don't breach the MPA (marine protected areas) and run afoul of the law.
Brother, I fished blind as hell on a 21' Thresher CC for 3 years. Had a Lowrance Hook7 and in anything other than 300' or less... the transducer I had was not good enough. Slayed a lot of fish on that boat before I sold it.
Looks like the thrasher. DFG boat. I used to love launching my 2120 out of Dana Point. I sold my Parker after they ruined the parking lot and wash down area.
Excellent video, I'm looking at buying a Parker 2320, one shortfall for me is the boat not being offered from the factory with twin engines, or the incorporating a mounting for a kicker motor in the design, I would personally never venture off shore without back up power. Even inshore, or on a lake if the engine gives out and it's windy, you are in big trouble if blown on to a lee shore.
the mola mola, is that like a sunfish? I was offshore in the Atlantic once and saw a fin, thought it was a wounded porpose, call Coast Guard on vhf, spoke for like 30 mins, then the girl said hey do you know what a sunfish looks like? and i said yea, and i got closer and that's what it was lol. super cool
Awesome video! I wish more people would watch these instead of the silly Haulover-type videos which give a ridiculous view of boating. THIS is what true boating looks like! Thanks for sharing!
