Watching this in 2024 - Brings back many dark memories when i had my first encounter with the judicial system and being charged with a felony - This period of my life was so dark but discovered this music around that time period - It really got me through my darkest times.
I remember as a kid I got a PS2 sample disk and it had this music video along with the video for Flaw-Payback lol it blew me right outta my 12 year old fucking socks
Man i remember when a friend from back then that always used to download the latest us-music videos showed me this with the words "this should be right up your alley" and goddamn it was. Since they had no european (or in my case german) distributor back then i went to my local music store and had XX and XIII ordered from the US. This was way before youtube etc. My taste in metal certainly changed but XX and XIII are still freaking awesome.
XX & XIII are still their best albums by far. Even though i dont really listen to this style of metal anymore (way heavier and darker nowadays) these 2 albums stood the test of time and wont ever bore me.
