Wow, I just checked. It's now £280 per night. It was £70 back when I went. In fairness, they did (do?) include the ~40 minutes speed boat transfer. But still... no electricity most of the day, no aircon. Fairly basic local meals included. Owner did enjoy his private yacht, fair play. It's a good honeymoon place. Was going to revisit as a makeshift for not doing our Maldives honeymoon yet, but for 280 per night we could afford the Maldives, probably. The private house is probably worth 280 per night, but it's quite isolated.
