How do you keep your skin so young and fresh looking when you are exposed to the sun all day? I love going to the beach in Florida, but unlike most Floridians who don’t protect their skin, I always wear a big hat and wear sunscreen like the ladies do in LA. Thanks for this presentation.
Thanks for the comment! Like you, I always wear a hat and sunscreen. However in all honesty, my skin looks better now than it did a decade ago in Dallas. I chalk it up to the humidity (which is so good for the skin), fresh air, and cleaner/fresher foods.
Panama’s beach sun is healthier for the health and skin because being a rainforest, Panama has more sunlight protection than up north or even far south.
Panama is the most pro-US country in Latin America. Right now there are US troops in Darien Gap trying to stop illegal immigration from going to the USA. This shows you how close these two countries and their governments are.

@@choosepanama okay.. no hard feelings, but seriously from a marketing standpoint you should put the price in the Video,, Transparency... don't make people jump through so many hoops
@@gregoriopuro I think the reason they don't put the price in the video is that if the price changes the video would either be misleading or need to be re-edited. It's customary for RU-vid videos promoting items in a dynamic market to link to the price on a website that can be more easily kept up to date. In my experience that's been true of RVs, homes, and many other items that have negotiable or seasonal prices.
Thank you for the video. Good for her. We feel the same way about Panama. Food is sooo much better than North America. Healthier and we also lost a bit of weight. Yet another reason we are relocating to beautiful Panama.
The profile with the marine demon saying that expats are the problem. Instead of seeing it as an economic plus and helping local businesses and tax revenue. There is always a genius hiding behind a keyword.
Hi, I enjoyed your video. Panama Pacifico, and Clayton are the areas of Panama that seem to be most suitable to me. Of course I would need to live there for at least a year before I would consider purchasing property in either of those places. I am still in the US and have a question for you. I am wondering how US expats in Panama overcome the 2-Step authentication process required by US banks and government agencies in which it is necessary to have a US phone number? Do they need both a US phone plan and a Panamanian phone plan?
@FredQuinn... yes, you typically need some sort of US phone. The great news is that: 1) Skype works as well for authentication, and 2) Most smart phones allow multiple SIM cards. It's a lot easier now than it used to be to have a US phone number when you don't live in the US. Thanks for watching!
that magazine had a lot of good info, but when I subscribed I was BARAAGED with ads for all sorts of "special" things that I could not get unless I paid for yet another 'access" fee.. so I dumped it, and never went back on the site.
What wonderful content about your own experience and how it was worth the struggle to become acclamated to your new home… we are planning on taking a tour this coming April and I am so excited, hoping to possibly make Panama our retirement home… The cost of everything here in the USA is staggering… and the political climate is awful and crime… thanks for sharing.. I will be watching…
@johnrencher442... thanks for watching! Let us know when you come to Panama. We can help you with a short-term or long-term rental... or we can help you buy your dream home.
Actually they figured out back in 1918 with the Spanish flu that masks didn’t work. The mask mandates were all about control, the government want to know how much they can control the great unwashed…
the huge influx of expats has driven the prices up. Especially on dining out. Rents have also gone way up. Boquete has also become very overcrowded and its really hard to find parking.
Hi ,would you advise on what sort of apt will cost 600 dollars for rent please? Are there retired single ladies over there? I currently live in UK.Thanks
$600-$700 rent is already high outside of Panama City, but outside of the Capital $600 is too high. Boquete has such rents because of expats. As for single/divorced ladies, don’t worry, you’ll have plenty to choose from.
Panamanians normally don’t see a difference between US/Canadian/British persons and are warm towards them. Panama is the most. Pro-American country in Latin America.
I can say first hand Panama is very unique compared it to other Latin countries. The comforts I look for as a single person looking to lease a vacation home are: no hurricanes! English speaking, US dollar based currency (no exchange), safe advanced airport, clean drinking water, first class infrastructure (roads, hi-speed internet, medical care) superb restaurants, fresh seafood caught daily from locals! Shopping from designer brands to quaint historical areas, nearby jungles, beaches, pools and fully equipped gyms!...I was stunned at the low cost of flights! ...oh and the views from Melissa's home in Casa Bonita are absolutely stunning!
