Iv had it most off my life I fell washed out when I wake I also have had stroke heart attack butit get a little easy if I make myself move pills used to work but they don't work anymore took meds to many years mediation and relaxation is better some days I wish I die others I positive it's no fun getting old but at least I have many don't I allways think I'm blessed when my eyes open thankfull for another dáy and funny as it sounds I'm graitfull be blessed all who suffer thank the lord Jesus live for the moment
Yes but also increased eating is also one. Because it’s easier to do that and feel like you’re caring for yourself and it’s soothing. Then it can lead to drug abuse. Just don’t forget it’s not only decrease of eating it is also a INCREASE of eating. The only pleasure that a depressed person will do. It’s a solitary activity. It doesn’t require being around people or any extra effort for some.

Please please. If you have to have cataract surgery , please do not worry about the surgery itself. I am the worlds worst at panicking, the stress and anxiety I went through pre op was mad. I didn’t sleep. After it was done I felt like such a twat. It was a breeze. No pain at all. You don’t see anything neither. I’m due to have my other eye done soon. And I’m completely at ease with it. Don’t worry at all. It was so painless, I felt pretty silly afterwards
Is there any real world evidence that the safety pin traction method has ever been used in anger in the austere wilderness environment for airway management over placing the patient in a recovery position. I ask as this has been promoted in every wilderness first aid class I have seen, and I am a paramedic of 20+ years, but never been shown evidence. You should be able to deal with other non life threatening trauma with the patient in a recovery position.
