Bio:
Oscar is an Executive Leadership Coach and Founder of Romano Leadership. He is a proud Latino who has led hundreds over 12+ years as a teacher-leader, administrator, school principal, and Ed-tech startup entrepreneur.

He is a Salvadoran American and Teach for America Alum with an MS in Organizational Leadership from Johns Hopkins and a BA in Social Anthropology from Harvard University.

I am going to major in education and become a elementary school principal if I can I then want to move up to a superintendent

Hi Romano, thank you so much for posting this video. I am not hesitating to reach out. I was wondering if I could ask you advice on applying for a principal position at my school with no prior leadership roles. Is there a way that I could reach out to you for advice regarding this?
