Its amazing, although i remember one time when i did this (without jet boots tho) my game froze when i was about 7/8k meters away from the refinery and my team had to finish the mission without me...i assume my dwarf just froze in the middle of space and is orbiting hoxxes...somewhere xD
Mission report: completed with minimal casualties. Notable incidents: Scout went missing after reportedly “flying up the drop pod hole” during extraction according to the engineer present. Last words reported on sed scouts radio was “drop pods are so last year *suffocation noises*”. Their current location hasn’t been confirmed however one of the dwarves stationed on space rig-3 at the same time as the incident allegedly reported seeing a dwarf “flying past me window faster than one of those damn fleas”. No other sitings have as of yet been recorded.
My idea for a search and rescue mission is to recover stasis pods to a rescue rig with Haul-R Robot I call "Hank". I for one don't care if we really can pet "Della" but I would love for Mission Control to say after laser pointing her to say. "Yes, that's the Drillevator, and no, you can't pet it! Get back to work!"
Sounds like a good idea to me too. But yeah a voice line like that at least referencing our combined effort would be a fun little easter egg. Like smtg along the lines of the "im so glad to announce that I've found some Bismor" voiceline
