Hi it's Amanda! I am a casual gamer from Australia. Thanks for coming to my channel.
In this channel I will cover all things gaming with a focus on RPG's and indie games. First impressions, unboxings, current favourites, reviews, news and much more. I am excited to share my love of video gaming with you all.
@@gloverdragon6854 Digitally you can get them all outside Japan. Some have slightly different names like Retro Mystery Club for the VN. Physical copies are a different story, I believe limited run games printed Golf Story. Brave Dungeon is also getting a retail release this year but not sure if it is just in Japan.
It does, indeed, reminds of Cotton series. They are shoot 'em ups with cute witch, Cotton, in main role. Latest installement - Rainbow Cotton Remake is first in 3D so it's closest to this game in looks, but of course gameplay is different
Thanks for watching. Yes otome games do have a more niche audience than plain VNs. Especially for western audiences. On the flip side the market size and popularity of them in Asia is huge.
Interactive fiction like visual novels or point and click derivations are a very attractive shiny mine that I dont dig in too much, but if you have sometime you should check Anchorhead or King of Dragon Pass they are intersting games, also other similar foundational game like Myst (the 2021 remaster) can be an insightful journey to experience
Wii Fit is not switch compatible. Ring Fit Adventure was the switch game that replaced Wii Fit. It has a lot of the same exercises/ yoga poses and more. I think it was a welcome upgrade too.
@@servin_goose316 thanks. I enjoy trying new games especially smaller indie titles that don’t get much exposure. I am glad I can show you some new games
I love these so far! I am going to catch up on the other ones! I would love to know what games you picked up each month also. I know you mentioned that in your goal “beat a game before you buy one”. I have tried that but feel like my backlog never goes down then because there are so many good sales!! 😂😂😂
Thank you so much. I will admit, it is a struggle for me as well however I am being more conscious of game I buy. Limiting new games to CE's or if I will play them day one. This has helped a lot. Having even the PS plus subscription makes it hard because each month more games go into the service and a lot of them I want to play.
Welcome back! Great work on playing through these games, sadly I haven't had much time myself to get through my backlog, but hoping to in the month of August!
It is a fun series. I like how the game doesn't take itself seriously allowing you to have a good time. The plushies with this edition are super cute too.
@Astralbeargaming Yes, It's definitely a goofy series. It's a lot of fun. I saw those plushies. So jelly. It's a hard edition to come by. Since it's out of print.
I do have two games from your collection 😊 - Super Mario All-Stars - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time I do have also a Mickey Mouse game but it's different from yours . It's called Disney's Magical Quest P.S. I was born in Morocco but I moved when I was a kid in Italy. Last month I have found in my grandmother's house back in Morocco my old beloved SNES. I have lost it back in 1999 when I was in holiday there. I almost cried when I found it because I used to play with it with no one of my brother who passed away in 1997, he was only 13.
Nice, how good are the Mickey games? I am glad you were able to find your old console and remembered the good times you had playing with your brother. It will always be good memories for you.
Only the first one, not the sequel. I feel this one doesn’t capture the essence that made the first one special. The game is fine. A game that you can mindlessly play. Or play while listening to a podcast/watching tv etc. Unless you love the ocean or just really want to play it, I would recommend waiting for a sale.
You were holding the guitar correctly at the start Guitar chord boxes and tablature have the lowest (thickest string) at the bottom of the box, and the highest (thinnest) string at the top. This is meant to simulate you looking downwards at the guitar neck while holding the guitar (the strings will be in the same order).
Nice review Amanda! I've only played a little bit of this game, and although it was very calm and serene, I did find myself losing attention pretty quickly. I'll have to try it again at some point, as it's a game I'd like to attempt to love.
Thanks. I can understand that, my opinion may be a little biased as I love the ocean already. It is the kind of game to play in the background like when listening to a podcast etc.
All the way from Scotland, Hi Amanda. I loved the Wii version of the game but I'll be giving this a pass and a good review. P.S. Don't know how you could do scuba diving and even if you gave me your whole games collection, that's the one things I'll never do.
Hello. Thanks, yes it is a shame the game is a little underwhelming. Maybe they will update with some new content like the aquarium to make it more appealing in the future. That is me with sky diving, I could never do that. While diving the experience of being in the ocean and seeing all the wildlife up close was always too exciting to be scared at all.
I love your videos! They are so fun and cute! I love the soothing music to go along with your kind natured voice. It is very relaxing while being informative. Keep up it up! You're doing great! I appreciate your hard work and subsequently I think all your hard work on that backlog increased the length of your videos, which is great. Also the great work on video editing makes it nice and smooth and very professional. The ONLY negative I seldom notice, mostly only w headphones, is a static or fan sound when you are speaking. I can't wait for the next one, I always get excited when I see your thumbnails in my feed!
Thank you. Yea I notice the microphone sometimes picks up external sounds. Often it is birds or as you mentioned a fan (which is actually my laptop overheating haha). I am trying to better edit it but audio editing for me is difficult to do well. I am glad you are still enjoying watching the videos regardless :)
