bruh, this was super impressive ... looking ripped as hell. The Judo pushups here look like a variation of the Sapate movement, in our grappling class we used to do a modified pike push up with wider leg stance and an added upward movement.
Well, all grappling is good grappling ...and Judo is one of the best. Your home exercises for martial arts and general fitness are pretty good too. I was surprised to see a movement I was unfamiliar with before. Stay well.
