Awesome cover! I enjoyed the way you played some of the parts, particularly the bridges and fills between sections. Those tom grooves were great! I love this song, I just recorded a cover of it myself. It was the first song I ever got to play live at my church, so it holds a special place in my heart.

@edjorthebeast It's a Samson 8Kit set. I've been really happy with them because I use the individual mics for various other things when I'm recording music. They have gotten a ton of use!

@gavinggunholdlive Thanks! The kit is about 3-4 years old. The heads are not stock heads. They are Evans genera g2 with an Evans Power Center on the snare. About the headphones, they are sound cancelling headphones so they cancel the drum sound a lot, but not all the way. When I have music playing through them, I don't really hear the drums well except what is coming through the mics. But with no music, I can hear the drums, just at a much lower level. Music is loud, but not deafening.

Good job. CouPle questions. How old is that kit. Are those stock heads. How loud r the drums to u when u have those headphones on w/o music or amything playing. Do u have to turn up ur music reapply loud to hear it over the drums or will u still hear the music at normal volume if ur playing along
