THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCHHHH!!!!!!!!! I was trying to make a bracelet yesterday (it was my first time making one without a friend helping me knot it or cut the string at a certain size for me) and it kept falling off my hands and the beads would all fall! I even tried doing your tutorial but the bracelet either came out too small or it would fall when i try doing the finger knot thingy. But!! I tried to make it (again) today but instead i made a new LOONNGGGG string, and i did your tutorial, guess what? IT WORKED!! THANK YOU!!!
I've been making bracelets for about 2 years now..I struggled to tie the bracelets many of them are undone 😅...i cried because after 7 hours i still couldn't tie a bracelet...my father cheered my up...and we both watched this video...and IT WORKS....I was so happy ❤❤❤...now i just wanted to say that I'm very grateful for the tutorial 😁 thanks 🙏🏻🙏🏻
If the hole of the bead allows, you can pull the knot into the hole prior to clipping the tails off. I sometimes try to find a bead with a slight larger hole to string either first or last so I can hide the knot inside of it. Best of luck to you. Thanks for watching:)
I broke a bracelet made out of silver designed beads that my teacher gave to me . I was devestated , but determined to fix it - this helped me so much , thank you.
So happy to help! Thanks for watching. The board was gifted to me years ago by a fellow beader. It’s vintage. Not sure where to get another one but you can get a bead board which has nice grooves in it that will work just as well.
Hi. I don’t but you could either string more beads so the bracelet sits more loose, or you could try doing just the second overhand knot a bit away from the beads so there is some empty elastic and a looser fit. Best of luck:)
14-15” should be long enough. If you have a spool of elastic you can just string directly onto the spool and then cut it after stringing the beads with a few inches on each side before tying it. When starting out, having longer ends to work with is a bit easier than trying to tie short ends. Best of luck to you. Thanks for watching:)
Im making friendship bracelets for my friends and when i tried tying the knot i would either 1. Give up because of how small the beads are Or 2. The whole thing would just fall apart This helped.
You’re welcome:) It really depends on the wrist size as not everyone is the same, but I would estimate anywhere from 25-30 beads. I have found that most men will fit bracelets that measure between 8”-9” in length.
got gifted a bracelet by my girlfriend but my dog accidentally ripped it while playing and I wanted to fix it but it undone itself instantly because i just did 2 square knots and called it the day, thanks to you i actually did it right this time
