Many were raised with control & manipulation. Beat down to no worth, no value. If this does not speak to you, that’s great. This is from a perspective of humility. Never grandiose nor arrogant. You are fortunate to already know your worth, many are not as fortunate. ❤
I don't want it. I don't want to share air with it was too much.. I don't want texts or a letter in any form. I don't want to hear it. Truth or not it won't matter, it wint make it better. It will only steal my time and attention. I don't stay for hurt. The discomfort of health human relationships is one thing. Learn the difference Sometimes good people suck but the good ones do it on reflex in the moment and it's different than the hurt I'm thinking about. I'm sure ability to see this outside my current struggle with recovering from a hurtful relationship is clouding my viewpoint
