1. The SGS process begins by submitting details about your shipment on the SGS online portal. 2. SGS will provide you with an initial assessment report within 2-3 days. This report details all the requirements for your shipment, including: -Packaging specifications -Labeling specifications -Testing parameters or other documents 3. Once you have reviewed the assessment report, compile the necessary documents as outlined. Submit these documents to SGS for approval. 4. After you approve the document, you can book your container and let the SGS team know the loading date. SGS will then assign an inspector to visit your warehouse location on the designated stuffing/loading day. 5. The SGS inspector will arrive at your warehouse on the loading day. They will perform the following tasks: -Random calibration and weight checks -Inspection of a selection of bags If everything meets SGS standards, the inspector will affix "SGS Approved" stickers on the inspected items. 6. After successful inspection, loading of the container can commence. The SGS inspector will monitor the bagging process to ensure proper containerization. 7. Once loading and stuffing are complete, SGS will place a security seal on the container. SGS will then provide you with a Certificate of Conformity I hope sharing our experience might be helpful to others. We are into Dehydrated vegetables | Spices | Foxnuts exports.
