How are you finding the thumbstick with this? I have it in WASD mode, and I've noticed Aloy dodges randomly whenever I move the thumbstick. I've tried other input modes, and none of them seem to work properly. Analog joystick mode doesn't register at all, and X360 mode barely moves Aloy. X360+keyboard mode seems to work fine (with the minor issue of the onscreen prompts constantly changing depending on whether I move the mouse or the thumbstick), but I have the issue of Aloy deploying the Shieldwing far too easily when it's in this mode. I use a dual-monitor setup, and I keep my Azeron app open on my secondary monitor to refer to whenever I forget my button mapping, which has been really helpful for getting used to gaming with it.
I use WASD alone, certain games are not good with switching back and forth instantly, I'd suggest the same. For the double dodging, I'm fairly certain that's a setting in accessibility or something where double tapping a directional button helps you dodge, so like double w a s d whatever. Disable that and you should be just fine. The Azeron worked beautifully for me once I started getting the hang of it.
Nice I was wondering if I explained it well enough or if I could have made it any better, but I'm glad it came off good and understandable! It's a very easy concept and if you utilize the same conscious practice thing you can get the hang of it in less than a week I feel.

Glad you enjoyed bud. And yes I played on the controller for 15+ years before I switched and I only switched say maybe 1-2 years ago. Fortnite was my first ever mkb game as well. It'll be a tad bit of a learning curve of maybe a month you'll be frustrated but after that you'll get the hang of things and keep on getting better. Mkb just has a very high skill ceiling and most importantly it gives you infinite freedom in terms of movement and visibility. I'm currently transitioning to the Azeron Cyborg to get a better keyboard alternative peripheral imo. Struggling a bit but we'll see how things go!

I noticed you are one of the first players to post a match on FN when it was 4vs4 format. Do you know who was the one who started doing FN events for TLOU? and if there's any teams you might remember from back then.

God I’m 7 years late LOL, but I saw a technique where you throw a grenade right at your feet and launch it forward, people do this to get grenades over cover in front of them if an enemy is hiding behind it. Does this work better on other maps too?
Well it just depends on the map terrain and whether the bounce would be high enough to get over. Your best bet once you learn the mechanics would be to just try it out in custom games 😊
Its hard to know if someone like zemie is a cheater as you could argue that if epic thought he was he would be banned by now or argue that he has undetectable cheats which is a possibility but something to take into account is that fact that zemie is a zero build player (no hate) so often in alot of his games the people that he is playing are not very good at the game or are strait up new to the game which makes him appear to be much better then he actually is however looking at zemies gameplay at least throughout the og season (as i have not watched much gameplay of zemie in chapter 5) this is a very clear 'lack of bloom' you can see this in clips or old live streams whenever he uses the ar, suppressed ar or scar, this is extremely unnatural as if you have played the game for a few hours during chapter 1 or the og season you would know about how much bloom they have this makes me think that he may have been using/possibly still is using someform of softaim which isnt detectable( and possibly has a switch for it although this is just a theory) possibly even a dma because although his skill level is very achieveable in the time he has played the game skill cannot reduce one of fortnites core mechanics that being bloom which just makes me think he has something to reduce it
Thanks for your thoughts, I got a few things to add too to this. 1. Zero build players are by FAR better than build players in combat. Reason being that's all they can rely on, gun skill and dodging knowledge. If anything zero build players are making meme videos about getting to unreal in builds because they have far superior gun game and game mechanics knowledge. You can see high ranked build players just senseless Ly peeking while zb players snipe their heads off. 2. Reduce your sensitivity by a bit. Maybe 10-25% and notice how much it affects your bloom/improves your accuracy. The reason I can say this is cause that's exactly what I'm noticing rn while I'm playing around with different sensitivities. It really does make it feel like you're getting magnetic bullets but that's just because you move the crosshairs less causing lesser errors as long as you were o target in the first place.
@@Newuxtremegood feedback but I have a couple of counter points that being that I am a low sense player with fairly good aim compared to the average player I would say as I am top 0.5-1% in a few different kovac drills and I understand the idea that lowering your sense reduces bloom but this isn't true lowering you sense allows for you to track opponents much easier but does not affect bloom in any way as if it did everyone would play the lowest sense possible and would change their dpi around the sense so I still do think bases on gameplay that I have seen that zemie has something to reduce it but regarding the comment that zero build players are better then build players you could make this point bug I wouldn't agree (no hate towards zero build) the average player in both modes isn't very good but I find that whenever I play zero builds the people I got against are not the greatest at the game (which in zemies case I feel makes him look better and less obvious to any wrong doings) although this could be because I have not played zero builds much and I am a much lower rank in zb compared to builds
@@goatuy Not sure if you know this but SBMM is mode dependent. So if I start playing builds I end u getting straight bot only lobbies for a while before my elo etc would go up higher and get sweatier players. For example the lobbies I now play on I am playing Zemie and similar players when I matchmaker solo or with another high skill duo of mine. Every game is a super sweat fest. I have a clip of me killing Zemie, I clipped it on his channel. That was a regular pub game for me in solo. And the player I killed right after that was equally sweaty. Anyways that's just in case you aren't aware of individual SBMM lobbies.
@@Newuxtreme tbh i wasnt aware that fortnite had sbmm as every game is extremely random as to whever or not there are decent players in my lobbys quick question does ranked have sbmm or is it based on rank (i dont play unranked so i have not experienced anything from there) as it feels like there isnt any sbmm in ranked as many of the people get stomped or try and run as soon as they see you with the occasional good player (if there is sbmm i could be lowering it be accident by dying off spawn alot at grim gate 50/50 chest)
@@goatuy I don't think there's "double" sbmm in ranked, but by default you should be getting players around your skill level in ranked. If you're I think diamond 3 or something from then on you'll have the same lobbies as all unreal players as well. With the bloom discussion I meant lowering sens FEELS like lesser bloom because generally lower sens would help with better tracking with ARs, making you connect more shots. Which, with an scoped weapon perhaps might look like no/less bloom. BTW you are aware that crouching and crouch spamming reduces bloom? I know that was a thing all the way from og fortnite seasons. Tfue would abuse this back then. Check out clips of crouch spam shots in og. I don't think they've changed that currently either. I always crouch or crouch spam while trying to connect more shots.

19:50 it depends on what kind of cheats he is using once again, I know people personally that use a zen for example, they miss shots and the gameplay looks normal, he is a very good player obviously, you wouldn't win a ZB Cash Cup if you rely only on aimbot since you still could get killed.
2:15 It depends on how are you cheating, that's why it's softaim to not make it obvious, there are way more ways to cheat and it won't make your gun move like that, just like player that use a zen for example.
Oh I'm pretty sure. It's a very quick flick just to check your surroundings, most good players do that real quick, especially while reloading since thata otherwise down time in the game
I did think he was a cheater with little evidence, now I'm less convinced. You're right in that I hadn't done a thorough analysis myself, although I didn't know of another way to explain the snapping...
I think one more thing that can explain the snapping is literally once again just an insane amount of hours in the game that are all recorded for folks to make clips from them. If we all had 5 hours streams every day for 3 years there would be tons of content of various mishaps hacks and bugs. I mean even Toby made a shorts video about how it looked like he was hacking.
That natural talent piece I think is really hard for people to come to grips with. Like I’m probably an average to slightly below average player naturally and I have to work harder just to keep up and I still have to make up for the thousands of hours that I didn’t play games growing up that many others did. People want to believe that we’re all equal and on an even playing field when it comes to video games because it isn’t as physically demanding as sports, but there’s more to it than that. I’m still not fully convinced he’s not cheating, but I will say that you swayed me from believing 100% though for sure.
Yes of course, there are things such as hand eye coordination, reaction time, just general intelligence and IQ, literally how big or small your hands are for different pieces of equipment, finger mobility etc a LOT of things that matter besides just gun skill and game intelligence as well.
He has bloom on a lot of his shots. Watch his livestreams, not the individual videos that he is clipping, those are highlights that will obviously make it look like he's a god.@@idkidk2573
@@Newuxtreme I have watched a lot of his gameplay, to me it looks more like he cheats in random pubs and not in comp or in all pubs games, also I have a ton of hours in the game aswell, you can go watch this short where he is almost not missing any shot with the OG Assault Rifle, that gun is known for having a lot of bloom, the video is called "The OG Assault Rifle is back!" But it could also be him having a very low ping that allowed him to have 0 bloom but it's very sus that he had no bloom at all.
Very good video! You make some excellent points about the mentality of labeling someone a cheater. I believe that people who actually do cheat, ruin it for professionals like these because it makes it much easier to start labeling everyone as a cheater when you can't disseminate between a cheater and a pro. I admit, I even find myself slipping into this mentality, because it falsely justifies not having to put in more work and thought to whatever craft I am attempting to better myself in (usually unconsciously, or even as a relfex spurred on my jealousy). The in-game stats have also convinced me more and more that Zemie is actually not cheating because I have seen stats of confirmed cheaters/stat scuffers, and they are just inhuman, even compared to pros like Zemie and Prospering. They have so much more K/D, in the hundreds and even thousands range, but so much less playtime it doesnt make sense. Of course I am still suspicious, the only way the "snapping" can add up would be the random bugs and glitches that Epic likes to keep in the game for us to not enjoy. On the other hand, all of these snapping claims are inconsistent with one another. "Snapping only targets the closest enemy, so thats why he looked through the wall because the other player got closer and he locked on to them." But you have clearly shown clips of Zemie moving his aim to people that were FARTHER than the initial target. At this point, the only thing that bothers me about his gameplay is inconsistent mouse DPI at times, which could simply be Zemie utalizing a DPI switch on his mouse, which is legal. (Or just insane flicks because he has 6000+ hours! Toggleable aimbot/snapping/zen/DMA/whatever you want to call it or not, Zemie is still an extremely skilled player.) Both sides of the cheating argument are confusing, and that again helps make it easier to brush just about anyone off as a cheater. At the end of the day cheater or not, Fortnite is a kids game. The only places where it hurts anything besides someone's ego in the immediate moment are touraments, where Epic is much more investigative and scrutinizing about such players.
