Do you think that because there are so many statues of people that that is why there is no belief in the immortality of the soul even with the apparitions of Mary having been seen all over the world? Our Blessed Virgin Mary is or was not a statue. She was a real live person now just in spirit form.

Yes Our Lady did appear here, there are real miracles, and Our Lady asked for conversions or else punishment would come. See the message of 1859. What do you think the fire was in 1871 yet the church and tabernacle were miraculously saved. It is admirable you are a traditional Catholic, and recognize what happened after the death of Pope Pius XII. This is indeed part of the ongoing punishment, Not many know of what St. Pius X warned in Pascendi and understand how it came to fruition with the new liturgy, doctrines and morals after V2. . But you must be charitable. Without true charity, Faith will not save you. Don’t succumb to the airs of superiority and pride coming from many traditional chapels. This is NOT the way of Our Lady. We went here in 2022...I've been to most of the marian/holy shrines around the world...this shrine hsd stayed with me...we were the only 2 at shrine and was vvvvv moved by the shrine site and the statue...amazing and moving...blessed

It’s a very beautiful place. We are told, over and over again that our world is overpopulated, but even here in the U.K. there are huge areas of land with villages that have lost most of their populations due to war and mechanisation of farms. We need to engage with our world, reject processed rubbish foods and reclaim the land as belonging to the people, not the few.
What I can't figure out is this, human wars, all of them, spanning eight thousand years, has taken the lives of an estimated 750 million lives. Women, on the other hand, have taken their own babies lives to the tune of 1.5 billion is approximately seventy (70) years. Mary submitted to both of her spouses, God, the Father, and Joseph. She obeyed God first and then her earthly husband who, devoted to the father himself, but by no means perfect as is claimed of Mary, and a just man. So, what I don't understand is, why has The Church stopped teaching women to obey as Mary obeyed? Men are still taught to submit to God, as they should, but it is hard for a husband to obey Priest's who will not teach that a wife is to obey as the Bible, the Saint's, and tradition, so clearly teach is a wife's path to serving the Lord. Mary might indeed be being paid emotional respect to, but I dare say that none of the truth of how Mary lived, submitting to the Lord and her husband, of her own free will and willingly, seeing her salvation in accomplishing the tasks given to her. I believe, as it is written of a truth, that whatever purpose women once had, it has been stolen from them by ignoring the truth of Mary, her conduct, example, obedience, and her heart's devotion to seeing those things done. Today, men still must obey the Priest's, the authority of the church, God, follow in the footsteps of Jesus Christ. Women can butcher their own children but men must not dare to gainsay their wives, must not correct them when they are in error, and must submit to their wives, in contradiction of the Bible, Mary, and so many, many, Saintly women. Authority is a tyrant, and so is God, one that is absolutely worthy of submitting to, and so is a husband who will not back down when his wife would see evil done. Kindness, compassion, and many other virtues are well to try but, when those things have failed, authority is all that remains to say, "Stop. You will not do this evil. No."
