this is not a good company to business with. 1. there are no way to ask real people about your order if they were over process time. 2. after a lot of time call and pick place new order then I can talk to some one and the one of those, I don't like is mr Bruno. He was very rule. I remember he said " you have to wait whenever your glasses come" 3. there arent any manager to talk for fix problem. they said only way talk to manger is request call back. 4. Manager never call from request on time. they said manager will call after request in 24 hours. however, when I write this review they didnt call me in 48 hours. 5. online chat is fake because you can check status your order online. we can not talk to any customers service about the delay order. 6. they will lie to you a reason for delay. in my situation, some give me " your glass out of order so they will late in production". other reason from different customer service " your frame is defect so product team need to replace new one", and other " the blue lenses are out of stock, they need to restock so your glasses are delay". 7. they are never email your if any problem about your glasses delay. only reason I can talk to them is my glass out of process time of production. Finally, I hope whoever want to order from this website please think very carefully if you want to wait your glasses over 3 weeks and you can not ask them about your glasses after your order. Additionally, it is very hard for return after you received and glasses wasn't fit your face because only way you can talk to real human customer service is pick place new order option when we call them.

Can I speak to a live person about an issue? My experience with you thus far has been awful. You've got your customer service set up in a way that funnels everyone into a computer generated dead end. Never again.

There is a "size" filter when searching for you glasses and you will be able to choose between our pre-determined sizes or can choose a custom size.

Our "Standard" lens packages do indeed come with a level of UV protection. For the highest level of UV protection we recommend getting the "Diamond" package

I recieved glasses 12/18/2023 with wrong prescription and can not downlod return address shipping label to stick on return package and can not call them. They only have robot chat with no real humans to talk to or call ! This is so sad . I have bought 2 other pair of glass with no problem and now that there is a problem there is no one to talk to except a fake computer bot, a total computer generated fake person : Something is not right ! Are other people experiencing this problem ?

They are the worst. I ordered glasses from them They were in production for over 3 weeks. I finally canceled the order now I'm fighting them for a refund. I had to contact the BBB and filed a complaint. I had to file a dispute with PayPal. A customer rep laughed when a I told him I was concerned with their service. Don't listen to this influencer, she has no idea what she's talking about. Stay away from glassesusa.

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered my glasses on November 27th and still in production. Continue to advise express shipping is 3-5 days. I have overseen supply chain for 25+ years. If they are being produced in the USA you would have next day service.

Dude I love the RCF but no way would I ever say it’s better. Price to performance the Mustang GT has this thing beat hands down. If you jump into the world of modifications there’s just no contest. I’d argue there’s more after market support for a Mustang than performance car on the market right now. RCF is a cool pick but if doesn’t outperform a Mustang GT in any real metric that matters in performance.

You have to be like an owl and constantly turn your head to see clearly, peripheral vision is blurry. They are virtually useless for computer usage.

This company is a big scam, in addition to the fake prices on the website, my first glasses, in addition to poor quality, despite all the add-ons I put to improve, they were blurry, they simply broke in half while cleaning! I was OBLIGATED TO BUY ANOTHER MODEL, the guarantee they say is total made me pay an additional US$ 35 and also UPS, the service is terrible, more than 15 days have passed and still nothing for the new glasses! Also I can't talk or chat with anyone to cancel this crap and get my money back! DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM I know they're going to delete it, but I'll come back every day to paste this here again, and look for an influencer to show everyone this false advertising!
