If the dude with the 72 impala invested 40k and selling for 20K.. Dude screwed up.. You only invest in cars that are extremely desirable to sell once you grow tired of driving it & sell for profit or at the very least breakout even.
It's hard to get back what you put into your cars. Sucks for the seller, but it's a great deal for someone looking to buy a '72 Impala. Thanks for watching! ✌🏽
$24K entry price on the Impala at the beginning and you're under water with the first gallon of gas you put in it. And it needs an easy $40K worth of dolling up to be presentable. NOPE.
Hello, say how does one find where are most up the car swaps are in California? I would like to go to as many as possible this summer. Do you have a list, go to source or ? Thx,and geat work.
Hello! Check out norcalcarculture.com They have all the shows, Swap Meets, cruise ins and other events on their page. Thanks for tuning in, and don't forget to subscribe if you haven't already. Thank you again! ✌🏽
I was thinking of making the trip from Bakersfield to the Galt swap meet in a couple of weeks on May 18th. I was at the Woodland swap meet a few weeks ago. The Famosa drag strip swap meet North of Bakersfield was really a nice surprise, apparently it's a first and I hope it grows next year.
Galt is also a newer location, probably around a year. It's not as big as some of the others, but Galt swap meet has grown larger each time, and the weather should be great to help with the turnout. They always have a car show as well. Check out my Galt videos if you haven't already. If you love swaps meets and don't mind the drive, I say GO! ✌🏽
@@916rider it was an "In general" tip for your future videos. A few of my friends are also fairly big RU-vid guys (Cannonball, Southern Classic, Alabama Hammer, US Express racers/ competitors) and I've picked up some tips for interest generating. I do not do RU-vid myself, but I've been around when they film a little

Thank you! This is my first Goodguys Del Mar show and it didn't disappoint. I had a great time. San Diego is beautiful, that's for sure. Move back 😃 ⛱️
@@916rider thank you Sir for the response.. I'm from SW lower lake Michigan Beach area and the prices are considerably less, but I wouldn't doubt that to change very soon.
I lived in the Midwest for a few years and I can say that you are correct! Prices are definitely cheaper out there. I purchased a few cars out there myself.
My grandfather had a '41 and later a '47 Buick that came with dual carburetor's. He took both to a shop and had the exhaust manifold "Split" with a 3/4 Block. Both cars ran well and were very road worthy.
