I truly agree with you. It was one of the worst buffets I've ever been to. My first and last time I hope. The old Imperial Palace buffet and the old Sahara $9 buffet was a better value. Thanks for watching and saying something!
9:00 says "all the poor kids" -- "just kidding" -- $18.00 tickets, then you can pretty much wait 2 innings and sit where you want. The SMART people do that. The dummies pay more for seats.
@doublechindirtbag55014 When I was growing up in Clovis NM there was a clear line between the rich kids and the poor kids. Although I wasnt a poor kid or rich kid, my thoughts growing up were with the poor kids. How to save every penny but live well. I too still pay the cheap seats at the game but move around a ton during the game. "The dummies pay more for seats" you speak the truth.
It's another customer slap in the face from Boyd Group. There are a bunch of videos by customers on RU-vid. If they allow anyone to film they should allow everyone to film. Agreed?
My wife and I are returning our 3rd stay at the Excalibur In August 3rd week. Our two previous stays were great. The rooms and staff were great. We spent time at the pool and that also was great with the service top notch. We loved the Tournament of Kings show. The casino was fun and big. We are looking forward to our third stay. We would strongly recommend the Excalibur to anyone looking for a budget friendly hotel.
@movieman1958 That's awesome! First of all I'm glad you love Las Vegas so much that you continue to visit. I welcome you to our beautiful metropolis. Unfortunately, the Excalibur is one of those casinos that receive unwanted criticism. It's super fun and I experience new excitement every time I go there. Enjoy your trip and if you remember come back here and let me know how it went. ❤️
@breakyoselfnibba-2018 Actually what you just said doesn't make sense..."liquid you are drinking has touched the entire glass" What? How will the liquid contaminate the part of the glass where you drink? If you're receiving contaminated stuff in your glass, then you've got a completely different problem. I would definitely go to another bar or restaurant. Don't drink that contaminated liquid. "hand touching the outside"? If I was to hold the bottom of the glass, would I be contaminating the part of the glass where you drink? No, my lips would never come in contact with the part of the glass that I touched. From most every article on the internet..."Drinking with a straw is also more hygienic at restaurants. It prevents you from putting your mouth on glasses, which can harbor bacteria if they’re improperly washed or handled." This is the point. Have you ever worked at a bar? These glasses aren't usually washed in a machine. They're washed at the bar. Not to mention possibly staining your front teeth by bypassing the front teeth and many other advantages of drinking with a straw while you're at a bar or restaurant. If you are craving a healthy dose of hepatitis then by all means do not drink with a straw. Throw that straw on the ground and tell the bartender you're going all in and want the worst disease they have to offer. Take my advice of living in Las Vegas for over 30 years...Drink with a straw!
@@HelpfulJourney LOL! Uh. Because the liquid touches the contamination and then you drink that into your body? I don't know how much more simple I can make that.
@HelpfulJourney I'm planning a trip either October or November. I'm trying to stay here in California or the plaza. My. Favorite is the table games special.Specially craps, roulette and baccarat
@dkrohnjr1 Agree with you there. Also the corner with Excalibur, NY NY and MGM gives you so many entertainment, gambling and dining options…its incredible!
My first buffet video but not my best work. I forgot an important part of a buffet...video of the actual buffet. Lol I realized that once I got in my car. I will try harder next time.
My curiosity was about Allen. He's worked at Luxor since 1993. From what it appears, he's been working in the buffet as a host the entire time. That's his choice, but that doesn't say much about the promotion potential for working at Luxor.
You're so sweet and thank you for your kind comment. Yes he was a great employee. Enjoy your vacation. Come back here amd let me know how your vacation went.
@normalcarwash I too like the Circus Circus. Its fun and makes everyone a kid. And it’s pretty affordable entertainment. But it’s time for a remodel or complete gut. Thanks for your comment.
Hey @businessdoubt Thank you for the kind compliment. I truly appreciate it. That’s a common response or comment I get on some of my videos. “It doesn’t look busy.” I promise that the Las Vegas Strip is extremely busy. Resorts World is packed. Bellagio is packed. At night Las Vegas is busy! I purposely choose the quietest time to go there. I usually go down to the strip around 10a. The longer a person is on vacation in Las Vegas their sleep clock is shifted. If you normally get up at 6a, your new wake time in Las Vegas is 6 hours later…or noon. So me going down to the strip at 10a…I’ve got the whole place to myself. Lol I love it that way! Yee haw! Thanks again!
One of my favorite quick service restaurants on the Fremont. You will love it. It was hilarious as it was my first eating video and everyone was staring…at least that’s what I felt. Luckily the food was good. Thanks for your lovely comment and you’re coming at the best time of the year. I hope you have fun. Enjoy!
I love to walk so staying at Resorts World isn’t a problem. @tompat3333 you know it’s right next to Fontainebleau, Encore, Wynn, Fashion Show Mall, Treasure Island, etc. Plenty of things to do. If you’re here when there’s a major convention, you have to ride the Tesla Vegas Loop. It’s super cheap and if you’re staying at Resorts World, it’s free.
@tompat3333 Yay! You’re going to have fun! One of my favorite things to do in Las Vegas is walk. Stay out of the heat if you can. Thanks for watching and for the kind compliment.
You’re welcome kind stranger. Or can I call you my loving son. Lol It’s my son improving the RU-vid Algorithm by commenting. Love you. And I’m happy as all get out that you’re coming in December. I miss you so much.
@@HelpfulJourney I was obsessed with Sonic as a kid lol, that’s why, also in the game Shadow comes from part of the story is everyone thinks Shadow is Sonic funny thing lol
I definitely thought of Sonic first…but I couldn’t for the life of me remember his name. Well thank you for clarifying. It’s fun to learn things like this. Love to learn. Was there anything in the video that you hated? The length? I thought I spent too much time in the midway.
I think it was actually because of the time that I got there. It was 1130a on, I think, a Tuesday. I started at the Fontainebleau parking lot and the Fontainebleau was empty too. I later that same day after Circus Circus went to Resorts World and it too was dead. I think it’s the time I went and low traffic for the mid-strip properties. When the new Riviera opens, between Fontainebleau and Encore, it will be complete and there will be more traffic. But they still will need to do something to remodel Circus Circus.
Thanks @chuteboxegod you’re absolutely right! They are very cool. The older casinos can be more fun to hang out than the newer ones. The new ones sometimes aren’t as inviting.
I love the carpet too. It’s such a beautiful hotel. I think the casino is smallish compared to Fontainebleau or Resorts World. The pool area is amazing. Thanks for checking out the video.
I don’t know if you’ve stayed at the Luxor before but it’s fun. So many attractions right there let alone in the immediate area. Great location! Go see Carrot Top. He’s even funnier in his prime. I honestly laughed through the entire show. Have fun on your vacation!
Thank you for your Luxor comment! Booked it for Thanksgiving 2024 as first timers visiting Vegas and figured we would keep booking vacations until we end up at Bellagio! Was a little worried about Luxor but it seems most of the Vegas Vloggers deem it under rated and a great location if attending something at one of the stadiums/arenas which we are!
@tompat3333 you will truly have a great time at the Luxor. You will love the inside corridors that go from Luxor to the Excalibur and also Mandalay. There’s also a tram that does the same thing. Ohhh and don’t forget the corridors and trams that go from Aria to Bellagio.
I’ve been to the Peppermill restaurant and it was really cool! Looks like old Vegas and great food! The sky is so beautiful what a great video! Thanks for making this! 😊
First of all, it is not a museum. There are no displays or historical information anywhere there. Secondly, 50% of the machines don’t work because the whole place is run by volunteers. If you want to see a pinball museum., go to the Pacific Pinball Museum in Alameda.
I think the one you know is on Flamingo Rd and I15. Been there many times. That's actually a very long walk from Allegiant Stadium. This one, on Russell Rd, is meant to be like a fixed building to feed the events (Raiders, UNLV, etc) at Allegiant Stadium...not to mention all the traffic on Russell Rd. Also, right across the street is one of the busiest tailgating areas of the stadium. I don’t think there are enough In-N-Outs in Las Vegas. Yummy!
You can definitely buy tickets at the stadium box office. Don't tell them you heard it from me @whatcom1674 but buy the "cheapest" tickets and then because it's not completely packed you can...
