Not into these things yet lol I cant wrap my head around the fact they are the same or more than getting a cartridge rifle. Maybe someday? Thanks for sharing Dale! 😊
@CountryRimfire I am having fun with it. I am looking to see if I can get a .177 out to 100-yards. I shot the RC Challenge with it today and beat my TX200 score.
Have you ever considered a bolt on trigger shoe for this rifle? It is consistently shooting left and I'm wondering if a larger trigger face might make the break more even and repeatable. They are fairly cheap and if it doesn't work you simply just remove it. I have 2 of them on rifles that I feel they made the difference in trigger break.
Targets like that are a real challenge for me because as I'm progressing through it I can tell my shots are not landing where I'd like and I get tempted to start trying to compensate thinking it will get better. But actually it's the worst thing you can do. You know the gun is zero'd you have to trust the gun. I think these are the targets that make you learn mental patience..... well for me it does.
@RimfireAddicted70 Well, wind and heating of the gun/barrel etc. are sometimes a thing to be adjusted. This one shows the scope is dropped a click or 2 at about the 4th shot.
I’m assuming your an American. Judging due to your accent and birds/crickets in the background. I put 10x more stock in American reviews because we have the freedom of shooting the springers in their stock configuration. All the European reviews are good for what they are but they are really different guns, so they are not as informative to me.
For me I found that testing different pellets against what was once the best for the gun is very valid. My air rifles have changed their preferences over time. May be due to the gun or the change in pellet manufacturing (which I can diffidently feel in tolerances from tin to tin in manufacturing) or may be due to my hold changing over time? But I do know for me it is wise to test pellets over time.
Once you get used to a really light trigger and have developed a feel for it, going back to one that has some weight or some characteristic like a wall to it makes for a challenge.
My gun was sent back twice by the previous owner. I thought I could gut it and find the issue. Turns out we all have bad barrels. Can’t change that out for factory class.
Nice shootin' again, Dale!! 👏 This target is no joke! I had to bow out this month. Need to up my ammo supply. Wish I could pull it off at 25 with a cheaper ammo 😅 I will start earlier next month 😊 Great job Dale! Have you ever got a 2500 at 50? 😮
At 50 with an unlimited target, no. It is are VERY rare anywhere for a perfect unlimited. But, with the factory class target yes. I did 2 in a row in my CZ Annie comparison. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wgBMmrLyCUw.htmlsi=4rNoq6L5WyWTkbXq
@@drpietrzak cool Dale! 😎 I hadn't seen this video before very interesting! Good job! I do have a pack of those factory class targets. They are way bigger than the others. I think I could qualify with those 🤣😂☺️
@scottrobertson9452 It is indeed an underlever. However it is common, as underlevers are less common, for many to refer springers or non-PCP engined platforms that way.
Hey Dale! My targets are printing up at 0.94 outer edge of circle 😭 Any idea how to fix that? I know its only .06 away from an inch, but in this game, that is huge! What do you use to print these, meaning phone or PC? Program you open them up with to print them? Thanks for any help Dale!!!
@drpietrzak ok Dale thanks! I think that has cost me a couple qualifiers 😢 I have had a few that were super super close I am ordering some targets from KSS 😉
