@@PeterCallinicos-t8z you are correct ! 100% agree with your statement ! I consume a little bit too much more carbs than I supposed to, sometimes 6 donuts a day with 2 latte beside all the meals. I drink at least one energy drink everyday, sometimes 2 so I am trying to cut sugar out of my diet to maintain my weight because I am participating in tournaments a lot more than the last few years.

The more a food is handled the price goes up. Want the loser price per pound? Buy a cow from the farmer. Every time someone touches it the price goes up. Buy a cow, it’s $4-7 lb. Wait until it’s cut and packaged, then some steaks are $30-50lb. Act accordingly.
