Its just normal yeast. Dont fall for this bullcrap. Doesnt show how its baking and doesnt cut into it. So basically they probably showing us a different end product. Too much talking!!! Would hate to live with this woman. Headaches every day.
But it is also just some 407 type white weath bread i guess. Try rye, whole grain bread, and so on, its much better and healthier. More nutritional value, keeps you stuffed for longer.
Hi Red Star Yeast!! Love the recipe...could you do a video of a bread recipe that has like 3 to 6 seed types where the bread isnt as white as well. Hope your able to😊
The time has come again to start making bread at home... About 2 weeks ago I seen a loaf of bread at safeway for $10 (not even gluten free type). Then 4 days ago was shopping an seen another for $12 (it was a special type but still thats crazy) Overall i think a loaf is averaging 7 bucks a loaf.. im not sure because i make at home now. I love her recipe!! Kitchen aid is worth the investment. I basically paid it off in 6 weeks. Went to coop grocery and they are selling 6 small muffins for 7 bucks. Start baking everyone, the prices wont drop until people refuse to pay those prices.I make breads, muffins and cakes with my kitchen aid. I also make chocolaty puff wheat squares but dont need kitchen aid for that, very quick and easy to make that choco treat for the family. From Canada
This was a wonderful way to start my day. On to making the focaccia. I am so excited to use tomatoes, parsley, and dill from my garden!! YAY!!!! Thank you!!!
I've made this recipe multiple times and I really like how easy it is. 1 thing I've noticed with mine is after I get done kneading it my dough ball is still a little gooey and doesn't all stick to the paddle like hers. Should I add even more flour? I'm currently adding the 2 and a half cups and then and additional half a cup through the mixing till it peels from sides of bowl.
