@@bean8713 not over here they don't where hunters actually hunt. Just shows the class up for being pretentious and idiotic cos if you went out in the field like that you'd probably die and snap your pony's neck or legs ergo it isn't a working hunter so what's it doing in a working hunter class
Basically everybody in American Hunters uses one. As long as it’s loose it doesn’t matter. The pony clearly doesn’t need one, look how loose it is for it. It honestly is just there for fancier tack. The fact you can’t tell this and instead of doing your research you attack someone who kindly corrected you says a lot.
@@EmmaEq much like your own comment which is just further explaining how moronic the practice is. I don't care what everyone in 'merica does it doesn't make it right. Go on any actual hunt and tell me how many ponies or horses are going in a standing and I'm fairly sure you will find that number is close to zero. Yanks should stick to roping cows in their western saddles because they don't have a clue about English tack or riding.
Really! His name is "Hunt"...how pompous 🤦 Show ring "hunters" are not at all interesting up against show jumpers. Low fences, Slow & lazy looking, albeit very pretty 🐴
Now this is how supposed to be done both horse and rider working as a team no whipping the horse violently or yanking on the bit just taking your time enjoying it and thanking the horse at the end. Such a great round well done both of them 😊😊😊
