I always leave alone Mikoto on my skillset because it gives protection, damage boost and instant hp reduce. But yea, BT is also useful. I just use light for extra accuracy and disperse because i wear only one disp below. Nevertheless, BT has better damage output.

Im assuming you are dodger byaku. Let them do the speed thing, the important thing is you have always buff on. If they first turn Mikoto, use class and then double evasion right after that. Thats the time u can setup for the kill, byaku ultimate -> internal bleeding if he does light purify.
New deal disperse with 10cd only, or Bagua, or Rasengan. Dragon punch could be replaced by chaos3 or s32. If u dont have those, keep Dragon Punch on your skillset.
