I’ll just list my personal favorites, rather than every single girl group I stan ☺️ 1. Red Velvet 2. Gfriend 3. KARA 4. SNSD 5. Apink 6. IU (had to include her despite her being obv a soloist!) 7. Billlie 8. Purple Kiss 9. T-ARA 10. f(x) 11. Mamamoo 12. Brave Girls / BB Girls 13. fromis_9 14. WJSN 15. STAYC 16. 9 Muses 17. Loona (and all the adjacent groups they are now)
Ayana Kuwahara has just debuted under the stage name, MIRI, in a JPop group called RIRYDAY. Do a search on RU-vid, she’s the “blonde” one. Confirmation can be found on Google.
I have a few Recommendations of my own: Taemin - Experience (I don’t know how a song with spaghetti western and dubstep influences became a bop, but it’s one of his best) Key - Bound (Should have been the title track of that album) Wendy - His Car Isn’t Yours (Like this should be big, like universally big. Like Wendy should be over throwing Billie Eilish and Olivia Rodrigo at this point) Boa - Shattered, Clockwork, & Hypnotic Dancefloor (Shattered is a popular b-side everyone think should have been the title track (which I agree, making Kiss My Lips a pre-release single), but Clockwork is also really great and I know she’d make a great dance to it. Hypnotic Dancefloor is also a underrated bop from her English album and I don’t see why TikTok hasn’t eaten it up yet) Luna - Galaxy (This is also an amazing track from my queen and I’m so sad that she’s not one of Korea’s biggest solo artists, since she can sing about 91% of idols under the table; she was on broadway, like how is she not one of the biggest idols?) That’s all for now!
which I know from hyperpop songs because I also like them. it's the beat, rap and vocals that are important. for example Noya Clarissa entitled aku ingin kita berpisah and asal kamu bahagia. Noya Clarissa from Indonesia who likes making hyperpop songs. and imrico - fate and then Ioch! - closer. that's just a hyperpop song
