I hope you are pleased with the recipe that I share with a makeshift menu. Sorry if there are many shortcomings in the video that I share. Uni opens chef only IRT who like to cook. You can be creative according to your individual tastes, because this is a daily dish, so it doesn't have to be exactly the same as the ingredients that uni has. Kalau saya pribadi Bawangnya saya rebus di akhir dan sebentar saja. Supaya tidka bau langu dan cabe saya blnder sekitar 2 detik, karna males ngulek. Untuk bumbu saya tambahkna sdikit kaldu jamur. Rasanya enak
