A lot of marvel movies are predictable and there villains are usually just want to rule the galaxy, conquer a world, or just written to be bad guys. But Gorr was justified to be evil. A sense of just wanting to kill the Gods because they did nothing for him. This scene made me wonder if someone was gonna die or i was actually thinking how are they gonna escape. This is one of my favorite scenes in marvel due to the sense of wonder, eerie, and the black and white with low music really brings out a drought. Also Christian Bale killed this role but the movie itself was low key boring and bad writing.
Odin didn’t die in battle but he’s in “Valhalla” and he’s the ruler of it I believe. So I’m wondering if it’s because he was the all father why he was able to go despite not dying in battle?
One of the other Black Widows could appear on Born Again as a love interest of Daredevil. I don't think it's one of these other Widows, it's probably an unseen and unnamed Black Widow.
To this very day, I hate that Bale's 10/10 performance and Gorr's epic yet heartbreaking portrayal were both wasted on this film. What essentially made this scene work was that the other characters were muted for 90% of the time, allowing Bale to shine for a little bit without a wack joke or an unfunny remark to disrupt the flow.
