Anyone who likes what we're doing, let us know! Any any stories about romping three wheelers, tractors, cars or trucks, i'd like to hear about it. Thats the whole reason i started this RU-vid channel back in 2006, to share this stuff with you guys, and hear what you have to say. And if you have any questions about getting a three wheeler, bolens tractor, or ramcharger working, send me a personal message, and i'll help out best i can.
Thanks for checking out our videos. Hope you get a laugh out of them!
I miss this style of video. The kinda music you play, I've never heard on the radio and it makes a cool aesthetic. Even though you don't upload as often as you used to I still get recommended a video every now and then and find myself watching 4 or 5 of them back to back. I don't know the details of what happened or why you quit uploading stuff like this but I like to think you still have all these awesome toys and you're still out having fun with your friends and family. I've started a collection of 4wheelers and trucks myself just like you. God bless you Tom and thanks for the entertainment.
OK That is a Fake Royal There was no such thing as A dodge Coronet Royal in 1954 That is a 1953 Dodge Coronet that Someone has put a Royal V8 Insignia on the back of it. The 1954 Royal Had a strip of Chrome running all the way from the front curving downward on the rear door if it was a 4 door and 2 door started curving downward midway where the rear door wouldve been then straight on back ending near the edge of the rear fender I know because I owned 2 of them. The coronet had the straight 3 Speed Trans, And inline 6 Cyl Engine. The Royal had the V8 Hemi with 2 Speed Powerflyte Trans with No park Position. You had to make sure your Emergency Brake was working Correctly because of that
Well it's certainly not a 1963. People do remove trim on cars, so the fact it does not have the trim, is very weak evidence. This car did have the 241CI Red Ram engine, though I believe they were poly engines, not the true hemis. Obviously looked very similar and pretty sure shared a lot of the same engineering. This car also was a 2 speed auto with out a park setting. And we did get it going once after he bought it. There was a loud tap like a valve was maybe stuck open. Unfortunately he sold it, and we never got in there to free the puppy up. In that barn there was also a Chrysler 300B. I think that was a 2 or 3 carburetor engine.
@@tommartyn I misprinted 1963 I meant 1953 and if you go look I corrected that And I still say its a 1953 Coronet and Someone put that Red Ram V8 in it and put Royal V8 Insignias on it but that doesnt change what it actually is A 1953 coronet. There were Bunches of the coronets built But not very many 1954 Dodge Royals with the Hemi V8 engine in them. That was WAY back when Chrysler built a quality automobile
@@tommartyn The V8 Engine mounts are Identical to the 6Cyl Engine mounts and Both Engines rear mounts were on the bottom corners of the Bell Housing so I believe from looking at that body that the engine Was exchanged And from looking at other details on that body that is a coronet body not a Royal Body and Typically the Royal came with the PowerFlite trans Not a Standard shift transmission as I said I ownrd 2 of those Dodge Royals and know they quiet well
@@douglasmorrison9098 I understand you knew 2 cars well. But again, this the 2 speed automatic. And came stock with that transmission. It's not impossible that someone swapped out the engine, though I really doubt it. I think it's not matching up to what yours were like, and what you thought you knew about that specific model/year. There is another video where we start it, I'll try to find that and put a link here.
Hey man I’m trying to find a video I remember of yours from years ago. I thought it was titled 600th video. But more specifically I believe it’s Mike on a tractor in the creek romping and it’s throwing water up from the flywheel ans he says oh you stupid fuck why didn’t you go! Lol we quote that all time time. I can’t seem to find it now.
Hey Tom thanks for posting this it reminded me of your channel and got me rewatching a bunch of your old truck romping and 3 wheeler content. Hope you are doing well
Hey Tom! These are some of the videos I'd like to see back up: Anything 3 wheeler related. 1985 Mint atc 200s. Seans new 650 outlander where mike was wasted and climbed a tree lol. "Fixing up the 200S" I think was the title of one of them. ALL ROMP VIDEOS!! Creek romps. Driving through floods. That video were you bought your 250r. Three wheeler linups. Fixing up 3 wheelers. (For my educational use.) There's so many that I used to watch over and over again. But it's been such a long time I can't remember the titles on all of them. If you can get all of the ATC videos you can up, That would make my year! I check your page every couple days, and I'll keep looking out for them. Thanks Tom! And God Bless you. -Matt
Hey man :) Thanks for the kind words, I am a staunch athiest, which luckily I have been my whole life. Got pretty lucky that I wasn't raised in a believer way at all. My grandmother who raised me, was born in 1929, and somehow she was just an amazing person who i'm pretty sure any good part of me is because of her. I will try to get videos back up that you like. I wish they could all be back up.
Hey Tom man I started watching you when I was 10 and I am 23 years old now I have a pile of three wheelers and we need to see all the old party and romp videos man
@@bradenmoomaw6354 As much as I would love to see them all again, I feel kind of bad bothering him for them, since he took a ton of time out of his schedule to constantly make videos for us, and probably has different priorities now. I was pleasantly surprised to see this one. I think we are lucky to get what we can get.
São máquinas muito legais. Não sei se eles foram vendidos fora da América. Acho que o resto do mundo é muito bom em fabricar máquinas utilitárias práticas. Bom ouvir de você. :)
Great to see a video from you. The new truck looks good, we did see a lot of those over here and I think they all had the four cylinder, sadly most rusted away
Thanks! Yeah, I like it quite a lot. Makes me wish I had taken care of the 96 4cyl one more. If I to guess I'd say you guys had a lot of Hilux pickups over there, But as far as I know, the T100 was only sold in the US and Canada. This was Toyota's first attempt at a full size truck. They were sold to compete with the american full sized trucks. Have an american full sized bed as the standard option. Basically being able to comfortably fit a full sized sheet of plywood between the wheel wells in the bed. 4 foot by 8 foot american. in comparison, The Hilux is the quite small compact toyota pickup. In the US, the Hilux had a few different names. From 1968-1976, They used the name Hilux for the little pickup, as they did globally, then starting in 77 in the US they were just called "Pickup". Haha, so just Toyota Pickup was its proper US name. Though still Hilux everywhere else. In 95 in the US they added the name Tacoma, which i personally hate. I've always liked Hilux or Pickup. haha, Anyway, If I had to guess, i'd say you probably saw some 90's or late 80's Hilux trucks over the years. I'm sure someone must have imported a T100 or a few at some point. But i'd bet its really rare. Sadly here they didn't sell well, mainly because of a lack of a V8 engine. In 1999 When they revised the T100 into the Tundra, (a name I also dislike). They added a great V8 Derived from the Lexus 4.0L V8 family. Never sold with a manual transmission though which is a serious shame. Also never a T100 with a diesel engine either... Which is truly upsetting. Sorry about how long all this was, I really like toyota's. :)
Tom! Glad to see a video from you. A while ago I got an email address from you to send some pictures of my Willys jeep. Did you ever get them? You inspired me to fix up an old Willys when I was in high school and I have been driving it now for 14 years. Time flies! Take care buddy -Jesse
i did get the email, thank you! Makes me want to get my jeeps going. I know it wouldn't take too much for the CJ5, the CJ2A needs some valve guide work.
I think everyone's doing pretty good. Maybe mikes doing the least good. He's ok, but living down in West Virginia, I think he is pretty bored and misses his friends. Seany boy is doing really great. He's always got side jobs he's doing and stuff. Seems like he's really enjoying it.
I had almost the same engine in a 95 Csmry..but it was 24 valve. That bastard is still on the road today with 600k miles..no engine work. Overdrive is picky but thats about it. The VZ V6 is godlike.
My request for you to cold start the T100 years ago came true! @ the 7:00 mark. Enjoy the new ride. They're great trucks. Glad to see you post again. Love the vids.
Nice truck I have a 1993 t100 4x4 mine was 500 bucks and she needs a bed really bad I’m in Michigan I’d like to buy a different one . Would you sell your bed off your old truck?
Sweet I picked up an 87 FJ62 hasnt been run since 1998 no rust so to speak of im trying to get it back on the road old Yotas! Good to see you posting hope all is well.
pretty freaking awesome man. :). I'm sure you can get it back on the road. One of the cool things is, the inline 6 toyota engine started as a copy of a GM engine. So its a continuation of an engine that probably needed a huge amount of maintenance at like 30,000 miles, and ended up being an engine that can go 300,000 miles and up no problem.
Tom! Glad when I got the notification you uploaded. Miss the vids man, wanted to binge watch all the old best of videos and compilation videos again sometime. Would love to see them all re uploaded in the future
Hey man :) I'll try to get the compilations all back up. They are my favorite too. I haven't made one in a seriously long time. I wonder if i could still do it. It actually started from making Best Of's from VHS-C tapes. it took probably 40 hours or more per best of. I'd have a tape recording, and play in tapes from the camcorder. and just do like 10 second clips. it was all very organic and took forever, and was worth it.
